Everything you rode in this video would be fun on my slopestyle bike a dh bike has all the travel and plushness for going through rock gardens or big tree roots or rocky sections something like that it would instantly click in your head of why a dh bike is how it is what you rode in the video is way way to smooth for a dh bike an enduro would be fun there since it has even plenty of travel and is stiff enough to not worry about peddle bob wich is what made you tired on the dh bike
i live in lafayette so i go to this park all the time. love it there, great to have it finally open again. just if anybody was wondering, the whole park is entirely doable on a gravel bike with no suspension. im doing the whole thing on a checkpoint with 38c gravel grinder tires and it's a blast. if you're trying to keep track, a full lap is about a mile, and the climb back up is about 100 ft.
Yo I just got back from Sundance myself and sent that drop really hard and almost broke my suspension and rim I almost landed flat how did u get it so smooth
I'm at the draper bike park a lot and the reason it was so bad is because they usually resurrect it in the winter then leave it for the season. You went near the end of November so it was at its worst point.
Nice one! This place looks like a blast to ride- thanks for the review. I go to school over at Colorado early colleges in castle rock, and I have been trying to find Watercolor bike jumps for a while now. There is a large open space area a short walk from the school, was wondering if they could be there? I have been exploring that for a while now and have not found them. Any pointers as to Watercolor BP location? Thanks!
Yea so Watercolor is in the meadows, kind of in between the Taft and Grange pools. What school were you talking about, do you go to CV? I can send you the location if you want
@@bike_life_1015 I go to Colorado Early Colleges, which is a smaller school. It is over at 3565 Celestial Ave in Castle Rock. Thanks for the reply! The location to Watercolor would be much appreciated!
