I was told I’m having a boy.. for 3 months I thought I will have another boy.. just recently they said it’s a girl.. wth! I have 2 boys already I happy to have a girl but seriously wth! I imagined and did everything for baby boy now suddenly gender changed.. I hate it so muchhhh.. im mad at the sonographer.. she’s not qualified enough.. the clinic had bad reviews I still went there.. i regret going to them
Thank you so much for sharing this experience! It happens so often. It happened to me too, which is kind of funny because finding baby genders is what I ended up doing as a career. My doctor told me I was having a boy and a girl (twins) and I ended up with two girls. :)
I am 15 weeks pregnant with our first baby, i had this strong gut feeling that its a girl. But we chose not to know, So anyway we were told to do a NIPT blood test to rule out any chromosomal disorders in the baby, and thankfully the results came back all normal and nothing to worry about it also did mention the gender of the baby. To our shock it was a Y chromosome detected and not X. Which means we are having a Boy, since its not a scan test but a blood test it is 99.59% accurate. Ngl, i cried my eyes out as you bond with the baby, and it felt like a loss, my husband too was kinda sad. But now we are good, and so so so happy for our boy. He's happy and healthy and honestly thats all it should matter. I understand when you are told something and your gut tells you something else, it can be difficult to accept sometimes. Its okay Mommy's, you are allowed to feel whatever you feel. Just enjoy rest of your pregnancy.❤❤❤
I've had 3 boys and 1 girl i fell pregnant after my daughter, then lost my baby at 9 weeks plus after 4 years later I planned to have another 1 and found out at 20 weeks pregnant im having a boy a day before my birthday and I cried soo much because my pregnancies are soo complicated and I was rooting for a girl for my daughter to have a sister
I completely understand. I was told the wrong gender as well with my second baby. It's kinda like a loss because you do bond with your baby more intimately after finding out its gender. We do have different relationships with our children based on their sex and it's hard to let go of what we imagine. It is a form of grief. It's a loss eventhough it's not. However, my precious baby girl, who was supposed to be a boy, is one of 2 of the greatest gifts in my life. I fell in absolute love with her the minuet I laid eyes on her. We wanted a boy because I my parents had 2 girls, I had 2 girls and my oldest has 2 girls. Needless to say, it was a let down when we found out it was another girl. My daughter is pregnant with my 3rd grand baby and I honestly can say, it truly doesn't matter. But, my girls are my ♥ heart.
Congratulations, a baby is a Blessing from God. Oh my God thank you for everything Oh my God forgive us. The Name of Our Lord God the Father is not an expression. We sin in that way God is Merciful Sacraments, 10 Commandments Virgin Mary pray for us God loves you so much
I am going through this and i feel that I have to grieve the thoughts of the gender I thought I was having. It’s hard to explain to others and it feels kinda selfish but I Remeber that i am not line and it’s ok for feelings to pass throughout
I had the same situation with you. During my details scan, my sonographer told me that my baby is a boy and I was shocked. I have been checking for 5 times before that, and all said it is a girl. I also felt like my daughter had died that I need to mourn. I also felt that I hardly to accept. Even harder when my boy said how come its a boy, it was a girl before. Dr said 90% its a girl, cannot be a boy. Then he asked me to go back again to the clinic where we found out the baby was a girl before. He cannot take it, he wants me to go and check again. It was hard for me to accept but even harder for him to accept.
@@eunicelove5126 at 14 weeks until 16 weeks. Previous pregnancy, at 14 weeks I get to see the gender because it was a boy. But the latest pregnancy i was told it is a girl up until 16 weeks.
@@tjnn889at 16 weeks you can tell gender. I was told I’m having a boy at 19 weeks.. by an inexperienced technician.. at 32 weeks it changed to girl.. I’m so pissed off! Currently 33 weeks..

Don't cry dear we are together in this, am having 3 gals and pregnant with another gal. But what can I do? Nothing it's God's plan. Let's be happy and welcome our babies well.
I have 2 beautiful girls. I’m 24 weeks pregnant. I’m waiting till birth to find out but looking at my ultrasound it felt like I will be having another girl. Not sure 100% since I didn’t ask the doctor. But I guess we do know how boy part looks like. I know there is a gender disappointment but we shouldn’t expect from day one. You should always think about the possibilities of a girl from day one. Start thinking about your life with 3 girls u will feel so much happier. Think of a name and start shopping for her so u can bond with her. Once she will be born u will forget about the gender.
I understand you completely. I have 6 boys. And honestly, I never ever felt any sort of "sadness" until our sixth, which we were planning to be our last. I always just assumed we would have a daughter, especially because we wanted many children. Never did it even cross my mind that we wouldn't. Family was sending us pink things, everyone was telling us it was definitely a girl, and on top of that it was the most different pregnancy out of them all. When we found out our sixth was a boy as well, I was actually ok with it, because I love having my boys, but then it hit me a little later that I would never have a daughter. So, while I relish in the fact that I have six beautiful boys, I still haven't figured out how to cope with the idea that I won't ever have a daughter. If we ever do decide to have another, I don't want it to be because we are "trying for a girl". I don't even want to find out the gender, but just plan on it being a boy and find out at the birth 😂
I’m having a surprise 7th baby- and it is a girl, and so are the other 6! 7 girls. I am sad, it seems I will never have a son. Oh well. It is what God wills I guess.
Going through that now. Just learned baby #5 is a girl. This pregnancy has been very different from my previous ones so I was thinking there was a high chance it’s a boy. Still excited but kind of sad realizing I will never have a boy. Here’s to grandsons!! 🤷🏾♀️
I have the same situation with you, last week we just knew that we are having a girl after a more than a month of believing that it was a boy according to our 20 week scan. We had a big party for our gender reveal since this is our first baby and we are just so excited. And just like you, i was so upset not because im having a girl but im very disappointed on why would something like this should happen. I already embraced and imagined the future of having a little boy, but now i have to restart my feelings all over, i love my baby regardless of the gender. I cried for a few days, but i am better now, it just gets easier when you let people know your story. Now i am 2 months away from meeting my little princess and i am just so happy that she is growing healthy. Thanks for your video! And yes, what we feel is valid.
We have been through exactly the same. We're obviously happy for the baby to be healthy, but we have a feeling of 'lost' somehow. Like if we lost our little girl. It's unsettling to feel happy to have a boy and sad to 'lose a girl' at the same time. How brain and feelings work is tricky. We're just trying to focus on being thankful that the baby and I are healthy, and we're going to become parents for the first time. Thanks a lot for having shared.
I cried to your story... it's almost like I felt your emotions. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I really hope this doesn't happen to me but I understand completely that sometimes people make mistakes and I understand your feelings as well. Congratulations on your bundle 🌻🌻 Coming from someone who waited till birth to find out the gender it was the most amazing moment BUT I always wanted a boy and when baby was born and I found out I now have a daughter I cried so much not because of the joy of having a baby but the fact that it's a girl. This time we found out and I had time to accept the fact that I will now have two girls so now I can enjoy the birth of her

With my 3rd child two doctors told me it was a girl all the way up till around 30 weeks then found out it was a boy and I had him a couple weeks before my due date. I had two boys already so when they told me it was a girl I had my hopes up and was super excited so when I found out it was a boy I was disappointed at first but after he was born I was excited and thankful.🙂
Just found your channel. I went to my 16 week ultrasound and was told it was a boy I was extremely happy and then I went back for my 20 weeks scan and I was told oops it’s a girl and I felt exactly like you. I felt like the idea of my son died I had to mourn that it was painful and sad and I didn’t wanna believe it but then like you after a few days I accepted it and I was ok with it. Either way I’m gonna be a new mom and I’m blessed. 💕 much love to you!

I'm currently having a hard time because I wish to have a girl but I just find out yesterday that I'm having a boy again. We did a lot of research just to have a girl but it turns out that God given us a boy again. I'm heartbroken at the moment, wishing and praying that my ultrasound is wrong too. But if it's not I know eventually I'm going to heal. Watching you makes me feel that I am still blessed to have this baby boy in me. Thank you❣️❣️❣️
I understand you so much!!! I have 2 boys and I am now 15 weeks with a third baby. We dont want to find out the gender before birth because then the little one will give us so much joy and gender will not matter. If I find out it is another boy now, with all the hormones, I am pretty sure I will morn the fact that I will never have a daughter up until birth. Always envisioned myself as a girl mom. Will be sad if it never happens. This is definitively our last baby and I am getting my tubes tied at this c-section.

I have a 6yr old boy and im 19 weeks with my second and we were really hoping for a girl but the countless times we’ve been to find out gender they couldn’t bc legs were crossed, nipt test was inconclusive and the last ultrasound we did the tech said she thinks it’s a boy but not certain and we’re going back Tom to see but I was very sad, hubby and I were really hoping it’d be a girl but God knows best and im coming to terms with it ❤️
Your feelings are valid, when I was pregnant with my son he is now ( 28) and a daddy to a little girl my doctor had been right about genders with my siblings by guessing... he told me I was having a girl and to my surprise when he was born all I could hear the doctor say was o my goodness he is adorable.. 9 years later a different doctor and with an ultra sound I was told I was a having a girl and it qas confirmed 3 times .. so I do know ur feelings are very validated and to be honest I was scared to be a mom to a girl but now she is a beautiful 19nyear old woman.. here in British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦 the age of an adult is 19... I can so relate to what you are saying thank you for sharing

I have 4 children. Our first 3 we found out as soon as possible their genders. I never thought I could have the patience and wait until birth. But our 4 baby we waited until birth. It was the absolute best surprise of our life. The feeling was amazing and telling our family and other children was a great surprise. Now wish I would’ve done it with all of them. Nowadays you know basically everything about babies before their born. Gender, name, etc. And I felt just as connected with my baby not knowing the gender as I did with my other children. Anyways, you are it is completely valid in your feelings. Gender disappointed is real and it doesn’t mean anyone loves their baby any less.
Oh wow! I admire that so much! I wish we would have done that honestly! But as I said with the next pregnancy if there will be one, we will wait for sure! I am still excited now and have gotten over the whole thing! I am 31 weeks so slowly approaching the due date :)
My aunt was told until 7-8 months pregnant that she was having a girl. At her last ultrasound before birth, needless to say she learned Mackenzie became Mason. It happens all the time.
