I see that you are flying the best high B wing ever made :). Did you ever get to test out the AD Rise in thermals? I was also looking at that wing to replace my Iota but in the end decided on the Ikuma 3P. I had to change because I lost weight. The Ikuma 3P is really nice (better performance that the Iota and it thermals nearly as nice) but I am still wondering about the AD Rise and how it compares to the Iota
@@ChubbySkywalker Hi, I had Rise 3 and was able to test/try-out 4 and 5. Rise 3 was reacting on every air movement and i'ts known to be on hectic side. Rise 4 is much more balanced. I did jus two flights with rise 5, seams to be good choice. I realy liked Mentor 7 from Nova and i was also impressed by Theta! Cheers
I think you are using a bit to much brake and losing performance. If the air is not turbulent, try to fly more hands up and use more weight shift on turns. But at least you fly safe! Nice landscape, regards.
Im close to max weight, take offs were never a problem, i do a buch of hours of Groundhandling when ever i can. TIMING is for sure not ther yet. I would also add the feel or unverstanden of thermals is smething i have to work on, and for sure the Technique.. Thx for your imputs and you time ;-)
VG
I hope my Rise 5 will arrive next week 🎉 My previous wing was AD Vivo. Thx for the video, it is the first review! Post more please, Have good flights, see you up in the sky! 😊
