They had the hype. They had the huge enthusiastic crowd but not quite enough to get a win. Great game and they played hard. Always a great matchup between the schools. Hope they can still schedule games after UH moves to Big 12 next season. Fertitta Center needs to add some seats to accommodate the new rivalries. 7,100 won’t cut it. They did squeeze in 7,900 their last home game. Probably the smallest venue for a top 10 team in the country.

This was the first game my girlfriend went to with me. It was extremely hot, she had to sit in concourse for portion of game due to heat, and my brother almost got into it with a Duke fan. She married me anyway. Good memory. Go Tigers!

Just personal opinion. I prefer some degree of symmetry. I’ve seen it done on other college floors. Just think a refresh would have been do able (not as extreme as the madness black top). Out with the old & in with the better
