You didn't mention him but Astarion's quest would also need to be heavily changed. Without having to change Cazador's mannor location, maybe we could've infiltrate it to fetch info about the ritual, and discover that it was being done in the shadow cursed lands or something, and the whole Raphael kill Yurgir stuff could happen in the Sharran temple instead This change would also affect a buncha Emperor stuff, I would be curious about how the writers would've formulated it's stuff in this case (especially the Ansur and Elfsong quests)
Problem with that Batman has no powers and need prep time when you could fight a very depressed Spider-Man which can honestly kill and one shot anybody in his entire gallery

Batman interrogates villains on a nightly basis. “NOW TALK!” And regarding the Spider-Sense, it helps, but it still fails all the time because Spidey isn’t fast enough to dodge what he always senses.
I have a coworker who finished the game, and the the only complaint he had was that the sewers were a total drag, like "dungeon crawling" in Skyrim. I'm only in Act 1, so I don't really have an opinion on what was said in the video.
On paper, i dont disagree with your claim. However, you're missing key details that would otherwise destroy your argument. Kraven did that after several fights and plenty of time off to plan such traps as a villain. If we are applying same logic to Batman then no Batman doesn't win simply because you then run the paradox of how he studied him for X amount of time but somehow did not realize he was a hero the whole time. Only adding that because of how the video made it seem like thats the only way the fight would end. But to level the playing field, if we are giving Bats prep time, then Spidey doesn't have to hold back. You know to make it 'fair'.
We could assume a Contingency situation where Batman and Spider-Man are already allies, and Batman being Batman creates a plan to neutralize him. Then Spider-Man goes nuts.
Batman solos without prep time, Spider-Man just doesn't take first encounters serious enough and would underestimate Batman. Their 2nd meeting would not go Batman's way unless Batman had time to prep after their first meeting.
For a younger Spider-Man, I agree, but older Spider-Man usually has such a grasp of the Spider-Sense that he can pick out what the most potential threats are and prioritize them. Getting the drop on him once with the neutralizing toxin would be the easiest way to ensure victory.
Okay so in the Tower of Babel comic books Batman studied all of his close friends in the Justice League by exploiting all of their weaknesses that they told him and confided in him to know so the only way that's Batman would be able to take down Spider-Man would be Batman have to get close to him first and then start to learn more about Spider-Man and how he works just interviewing his criminals alone would not be enough and besides this is a DC hero going into the marvel universe so which means Batman is already not going to know a lot about this universe and probably won't know about the Green goblin gas that the goblin used to neutralize Spider-Man's powers and even then Spider-Man is still holding back against all of his normal villains including Kraven and if we take a alternate universe as what would happen to our 616 Spider-Man if he stopped holding back and used his full power he would be able to even predict the future and all you would really have to do is use his full strength to easily take down Batman Batman is not a god he uses prep time to usually take down stronger enemies than him that he knows or even when it comes in the case of Darkseid the only reason why he was able to shoot darkseid was because of prep time but that still didn't defeat darkseid in fact Batman actually lost that fight and it was up to the rest of the Justice League to actually put darkseid down for a bit Plus what's Spider-Man's more enhanced intelligence when it comes to science Batman really doesn't have a chance I'm not saying Batman is not a great fighter or detective but Spider-Man is just more powerful thank you for your time
This is all working under the assumption that the only way Batman could possibly figure out the weaknesses of his allies is if they directly told him, which isn’t always the case. Batman often figures out the weaknesses of allies and enemies alike on his own, and if Kraven can do it without being Spider-Man’s ally, well so can Batman. We’re talking about a man who learned about Kryptonite being Superman’s weakness when it wasn’t a widely known thing. Batman would easily figure out Peter’s identity and just about everything there is to know about him quicker than Tony Stark would.
I think what would have also improved act 3 and the game in general, if this was the point where you made your choice regarding the tadpoles. Since they actually do not matter in the plot, nor if you indulge in the powers or not all the endings are exactly the same and it completely disregards one of the biggest roleplay opportunities in the game and the main reason for kicking off the story altogether, however if they didnt take out the tadpoles being dangerous because of "fun", act 3 could have had this huge even emotional choice as the player could be made to turn against their party, or you could go against Daisy (hearts desire), people could want to kill you if you used the powers too much and turned even partially (which is just completely ignored as it is atm) and such, there is a ton of potential in the tadpole handling and cutting out Daisy, remaking emperror and removing this whole decision out of the game completely because people werent engaging with the new shiny talent system was simply ridiculous. And ironically it didnt work, because over 70% of the players still didnt use the powers anyway, at least not on their first playthrough. That being said, I wouldnt mind the switch, but a lot would need to be changed, what with the brain being the actual final villain and all. I think more specific pacing would also solve many of these issues, being just unleashed unto this huge part of BG and let loose does make the pacing of the story incredibly off and you can easily miss out on tons of important stuff, I think the main narrative should have been at least a little more curated.
I don’t like the level 12 cap…Act 3 has a huge amount of stuff, but when I’m level 10 at the start of it, and can get level 12 by killing some bats and level 1 NPCs in Cazador’s mansion and a couple other minor tasks…then I’m just grinding quests for specific gear items I may not even need. Also the only boss you ‘need’ to fight in Act 3 is Orin. You can just Gale-blast the final battle after invisible walking / flying to the trunk of the brain after Gale agrees to explode. Makes your Honour Mode run easier, but, cheapens the experience of Act 3.
Andor was labelled "Star wars" yet sadly, despite excellent storytelling, a lower turnout than most. I disagree that "Star wars" the label can draw a crowd in. Obi Wan, Darth vader, Sidious, Ventress, THESE names draw crowds in.
One problem is we've seen how Luffy and Zoro deal with being lost in Wano. The whole labyrinth would need to be a material Zoro can't cut. Otherwise like he did in the anime during the Raid of Onigashima he'll pick a direction and just start cutting holes into the wall.
Imo what makes act 2 so good is that you are under pressure on that brutal area before reaching legit level 9 max to face myrkul. If you swap shadowlands to act 3 it would kill the struggle and immersion big time because you would toast everything and nullify ambushes even if they get scaled to lvl 12 or more to give false illusion of challenge. Besides... you dont actually have to go act 3 if it bothers you, just blow Gale and start another campaign or just do crucial stuff or stop doing subquests when having enough and still proceed to blow Gale or face the brain. Else just take one step at a time and play other game alongside... game is good as it is.
I like the 2012 April. They gave her a different role and character development where she grew along with the turtles. she's also got more of a connection to them and TCRI. I my opinion her being younger make her seem like she'd relate to the turtles better. I like changing the formula up. A characters roll in the story can change to suit a different era and otherwise you're just repeating the same old patterns and it's gonna get stale. I agree April could switch it up again now since they keep making her young but I don't see tweeking the character as a bad thing.
It’s more or less yeah, I don’t mind every now and again them making her a teen, it’s just the romance angle and the fact that they repeatedly do it that’s irksome
You’re tired of teenage April and I’m tired of April being the spotlight for everything I wish she would just play a minor roll and let Casey Jones get all the large rolls like they did in 2003 which pleased me. And everybody’s just ignoring him treating him like a comic relief instead of an all-time protagonist.
