The Orana group of companies is a Tasmanian business involved in timber harvesting, timber and heavy haulage.
We operate a fleet of Australian built Kenworth prime movers with various log trailer combinations and our own Drake floats for moving our plant and machinery.
Our equipment consists of Tigercat, John Deere, Ponsse, Caterpillar and Komatsu forest machines. All of our harvester heads are Waratah heads in Eucalyptus debarking configurations.
The Orana Group of companies is family owned and employs around 120 Tasmanians and has indirect sub contract staff of around 20 or so depending on seasonal work loads.
This channel features a selection of harvesting machine clips, truck clips and dash cam clips from our fleet.
For more information or media enquiries please contact us through the channel or email media@oranaenterprises.com.au
Didn't have time to, and it wouldn't have made any difference. You need to learn about heavy vehicles, and the space and time it takes for them to come to a halt. Armchair critic.
@oldbloke100 na I'm talking about tassie, mainland yea, no way you'd sit on 80km/h . In tassie tho you don't really need to, especially on back roads that are windy, and they do go 100km/h on those roads which is unnecessary 90% of the time it goes alright but not always🙃
What's with the racially motivated comments? No evidence at all pertaining to the drivers ethnicity ? Stop pretending like this couldn't have been anyone. You're not superior, stop the sanctimonious bs and pull your head out. You're not perfect, nor is anyone.
Mate I agree... it's pretty low of some of them actually and shows poor character... Same kind of crap went on when I put it on TikTok... the driver wasn't "Raj" or anything like that, he was an experienced local truck driver who just had a f*** up on a crappy day!
1:36 Accelerating from 70km//h to 90km/h while being overtaken isn't exactly safe or legal. Yes it's a little down hill but I'm sure the thing can brake. Ute driver is still a p!sspot
@@akerbay7 no matter how good the wipers coulda been he is still maintaining quite high of a speed in a rural area in heavy rain. would probably slip and slide just as much as the scania guy if he had to.
Doing 95 in a 110 zone is driving to the conditions and wipers would make zero difference here. Knowing the road, as I live in the area, I can honestly say he was driving quite fine for the road and conditions. Sorry, but completely disagree with you here mate.
@@oranaenterprises maybe they are not there yet lol... imagine an indian coming at you with a road train... its not good at all. Cnnts are flipping them over all over wa Straight roads usually
Sure did... got a phone call from them a few days later explaining why they didn't swing around. All was forgiven when they told me what their destination was that day in particular. They did follow up the driver of the Xtrail later on and were able to use the raw version of this video as evidence.
Hey there! We're putting together a new project and we think your video would be a great addition on our social networks. Can we include it? We'll make sure to give you full credit
