Gentle reminder that these can HELP combat depression, but if you have a depressive disorder or you get depressed often, you should see a doctor and maybe get some antidepressants. Counseling and therapy might help as well. Never forget that you are loved and worth time and patience. Reaching out for help is OK and not a sign of weakness 👍
