On Mavuika topic , maybe just maybe since we don't know yet , she has the same thing going for her same as Acheron , where her real name is Raiden Bosenmori Mei , Mavuika probably is just one of her name or just a "title" and her real name is Himeko and she might be someone from outside of Natlan too .
Super late reply, but that could be the case. One reason could be that she stole the name from someone else, and she'll eventually get a "real name reveal" like it happened with Raiden Shogun. I guess that could work. But yeah, as you said we'll have to wait and see. Still weird on the dev side to take a name from an existing culture, since ofc people who know it will think of the Maori deity. And there's similar issues with the other characters, but for this specific case I can see it. Especially if the original holder of the "title" is someone more accurately inspired by the deity.
@@WarsunGames Yeah, there’s definitely something off about the way their color palette is rn that is made apparent when their hair and tattoos light up
My take - The reason im disappointed in natlan is the same reason im disappointed with every region, that is the lack of dark skin characters, not accurate representation because no character in genshin will ever accurately represent a real person with their plate sized eyes and anime art style, i dont think any of the character from monstadt are an accurate representation of germans, liyue to chinese, inazuma to japan and so on because if i said "japanese people tend to have pale skin so inazuma correctly represents them" that would mean i narrow down a person's identity to their skin tone which is horroble, that being said, i dont think not having a dark skin character is a huge problem either, i would demand the same thing if there was an exact copy of genshin but their skin tone are reversed, i would want more white skin people in that game full of dark skin characters but at the same time, just like now, i wouldnt think not having white skin peope would be a huge problem either And genshin takes inspiration from IRL and not based on them, because none of the archons look like demons and they are not connected to the ars goeita lore where they took inspiration from, similarly, a shogun is supposed to be a man however genshin decided to make the shogun a female and i dont think thats a problem either as long as they dont say its historically accurate Edit : actually, going back to my first topic, i would want more dwarfs, giants, beasts, etc, all of those fantasy element goodies in this game rather than a human character with x skin colour
That makes me think of how back in Fontaine we had the melusines. I really wish we had an actual melusine-looking playable character instead of what we got with Sigewinne. Although I do like her after her story quest, I would've preferred if one the melusines we encountered during the archon quest became playable. Sadly, this is probably a byproduct of how their character creation process is streamlined (or them simply taking the "safe" path as I mention in the video). That's more of a whole separate issue, but I do understand where you're coming from.
@@Nanii_nani its not about accurate representation. lets just see it this way. look at inazuma, where as we can see, the nature of it depict is japan nature, the fashion and music it depict is japanese culture, the story (especialy ayato story quest) really have heavy connection with japanese culture. but a lot of inazuman have dark skin. like you can just labeled it fiction, but doesnt it just shitty thing to do. like the least thing you can do to credit the actual culture you take inspiration of, you know to actually show just a LITTLE gratitude to those people is to make them look how they look in real life. as for raiden thing, genderbent, does not have impact as big as almost complete skin wash on entire culture.
@@Kostte-zp6he it very much is about accurate representation, the reason why you want dark skin characters in natlan is because africans tend to have a dark skin Even if inazuma characters were predominantly black, i dont think thats a problem, and heres the thing though, just because inazuma characters have pale skin doesnt mean they look like actual japanese, skin colour isnt the only aspect that differentiates race, they all look like anime characters anyways so they could be given any kind of skin colour, red, yellow, blue etc, this goes to show that any person regardless of their skin colour, race, or disability are able to wear a kimiono Raiden genderbending does not have an impact because people dont really care about misrepresentation, they pretend to care about it only when it involves people with dark skin tone, there has been misrepresentation everywhere in this game, archons having demonic names despite not looking like one, liyue clothing being slightly inaccurate, a female shogun, fatui harbingers having italian names instead of russian and it goes on and on, but these things never make it big because people dont really care about misrepresentation
thanks man, your perspective helps a lot. people really devided in this. like there are people that say it just fiction, eventhough its a clear missrepresentation. no matter what you say, genshin take inspiration from real culture, its weird most of their character is not look like people from that culture. but on the other side, most people that complain about it are taking it to the extreme that it does not help either. most of them are just calling hoyoverse bad name and not explain what are they complaining. like boycotter in a way is similar to hater, and most people react to hater by not caring about what the hater say. people that can explain the nuance of the situation like you are being buried by both of the side.
Yeah, very well put And I totally agree. So much of this conversation has sadly become noise at this point. Which is one of the reasons why I wanted to give my personal perspective. Even if it does get drowned by the noise, I’m glad it was at least able to reach you few. Thank you for listening!
Stamps that you sell just don't appear on that specific run, you can also use stamps to upgrade each other Upgrading, focus on upgrading all you weapons to level 7, its not worth to upgrade beyond this unless its one weapon challenge i guess
Getting holocoin upgrades is not endgame, as the shop upgrades will get very expensive (as you saw with just the Growth upgrade) that mere base coin rewards won't suffice in the long run. Exp is also necessary to get the most level ups before bosses. Regeneration (red heart with green +s) is also good for just about any character. Character Skills are practically essential for a lot of characters - some moreso than even Kiara's - but there is a challenge achievement that rewards you an item if you deliberately avoid the skills (typically by using the Shop Eliminates to remove them from the run); better to play this with a jack of all trades in stat terms, plus getting collab weapon ASAP. If you get the Credit Card, it'll only do so much if it spends much of the run at level one, since its benefit is dependent on how the anvils spawns (via enemies), so upgrading it too late will yield less results. Finally, if you plan to continue playing Kiara (though I recommend trying out another character (maybe Calli or Mio) for some variety, while also discovering some new strategies outside of Kiara's limitations), the Fandom upgrade is a no-brainer to get, since getting enough Gacha duplicates (20) and/or stage clears (or even max milestone on endless) will give her extra bonuses. ...oh yeah also check out weapon opacity in the options menu to help with some visual troubles.
Yeah, as I was editing I thought to myself that more holocoins early on is actually pretty good for upgrading. I was only considering the gacha side of things. Same with the credit card, getting upgrades early on was a great help Thanks for the tips! I don't know when I'll play more since I'll be busy for the foreseeable future. But I might try a different character next, and maybe practice the stages I've already beaten with Kiara in the meantime. Thank you so much for checking out my Holocure videos!
You can use Kiara's Special as full-heal button. Use it, hit on mobs for "revive" and vuala! Your HP is full without healing items! Btw, right now in the game 3 reviving characters including Kiara, and everyone has their unique mechanics based on it. About stamps. You can get them, drop them (they will not disappear), sell them and upgrade them using other stamps. Stamps working only on main weapon (if not written something else). Stamp menu also avaliable in pause menu.
Holo Office is a jump in difficulty, as the game expects of you to invest in both shop stat upgrades (there's a tab above the purchases when you're in the shop) and regularly leveling up to progress. One problem you had was DPS against the growing horde, one reason for that being the lack of any weapon being at max level, with the character's main one typically being a worthwhile investment. Pacifist is an achievement you get for not defeating a major boss for 5 minutes, meaning you failed to beat the mid-boss by just running left for so long and getting out of the damage range. That mid-boss seems impossible to beat, but it can be taken down so long as you take note of its glaring weakness (hint: it doesn't involve endlessly running down one path away from it, but it does involve movement). The fan beam is not a good weapon for standalone damage, especially with how it's limited to attacking horizontally, but it does get one or two strong Collabs if you got the right weapon combo (speaking of, I won't spoil the "which goes with which", but the method to get one is simply having the two required weapons be at max level -- unless you know some of the in-jokes/holo-collab names, you'll likely learn the combinations by pure guess-work). Kiara's Ult actually has the ability to give you a brief revive (which last about a dozen seconds or less; indicated by the aura) upon activation, making for a pseudo- panic button.
Thanks for the advice! I recorded a new episode right after posting this one, but I'll apply your advice for the following one. For this next episode I do pick up on some of the stuff you mentioned, like the mid-boss strategy (somewhat) and not running away (tho still got a lot to work on this one) And thank you for letting me know abt Kiara's revive with her ult! No spoilers but, it would've def been useful for a certain situation in my most recent attempt lol
I didn't want to keep restarting to see the other ice options but I usually check every option in the Somniums. You are the only popular video on Psyncing in the Swain that chose punch so thank you for your help in my endeavor 😂
I gotta say, compared to other's first times playing Holocure that I've seen, you are the most impressive so far. Pronouncing all of Myth's names correctly, knowing that the shrimps are, well, shrimps. Some tips though, the game is controller compatible, and you just need to plug one in. The other guy is right, running away is the worst thing you can do. Each stage mode is 20 mins long. You get patterns that come in during specific intervals, eg; 2 mins, 4 mins, etc. Every 10 mins brings a bigger enemy, or proper boss. For the first 3 stages, the 19 min mark brings something i like to call "the Onslaught". The best/easiest characters to start as are Calli, Kiara, and Ame. (I prefer kiara to start, as one of her skills comes with percentage-based healing) Speaking of skills, every single one of the 29 current characters have unique skills. Same thing for the specials. Also, if you haven't found out already, weapons can be combined, so try getting random weapons and maxing them out (lvl 7) to combine them. And finally, know this. It gets harder. Much harder.
Here are a few tips and hints on errors for you. The Z key is not an attack, but when you hold it down, you lock the attack direction. Visible by the arrow on your character changing from light blue to dark blue. In the new version, mouseaming was added as an alternative, which you accidentally activated in the middle of the game. Kiara did not change the attack direction in the time when you did not move your mouse. The left mouse button activates or deactivates it and the arrow turns yellow. One main aspect of these types of games is, that the opponents get stronger and stronger with time and you should defeat the enemies as soon as possible and increase your level as soon as possible. Therefore, running away and not defeating the opponents is the worst thing you can do! If a large group of opponents can form, it is a sign that you are not doing enough damage. Your Charketre should literally become a boss that destroys everything that comes close! Your first money should be spent in the store for upgrades and the first upgrade you should buy is the special attack, which you can trigger with the right mouse button or the X key. It is also recommended to change the control settings so that you can play with WASD and mouse.
I see! It did feel like the level was dragging by the end (or rather I was dragging it back by running away despite having so many upgrades at that point lol) While editing I did imagine I somehow messed with the controls when Kiara’s attack got locked in place. Thanks for the help!! Especially remapping the controls, I think it will be very helpful for next time I would def love to play this again someday!
Didn't expect to see that face again in a long while, no complaints from my end but, Its refreshing. I'm also glad to hear this coming from i guess the "real you". I love to see this side of you and I understand the complications of the mixing of Aren and Lui, I can imagine how confusing and complicated it must be. Take your time figuring out those complications so you can understand what to do with both channels. I'd also love to watch this channel that had brought me into this small but lovely community while i also love the Aren L community thats a tad larger but its just as sweet. Any way, thank you for taking your time and making this video, its informative for those not particularly caught in the loop. Also, love to see that outro, its very nostalgic.
Thank you Red, and I'm really glad that you enjoyed the video! Glad to have made it ^^ Yeah, I'm still in the process of figuring it all up as I say many times on the vid. But regardless of which way I go, I'm excited for the future tbh.

That's pretty much just heart for you, in Arcana Heart She's just really innocent, an believes no one is truly evil. So even if she knew who hazama was, she would've still said that.
Hey! Yeah, found BBTAG through RWBY and P4. BB and the other games featured in TAG caught my curiosity Thanks for the warm welcome to the franchise! Loving the game so far and I can't wait to play through more
Welcome to a new episode of BlazBlue Calamity Trigger! Beating Jin's story quest! Again, apologies for the technical difficulties. I have already recorded the following episode and there's no issues, so I hope it keeps up. Thanks for your patience
Yes, ill say, finish all the story's first. Then do a intire video just going for the obter ending's. If i am aware to get the real ending you need to play all of the ending's
Yeah, that makes sense. I'll probably be getting through one route per episode at least, in that case. Thanks for watching btw! I'll be sure to keep delivering these episodes as often as I can.
Ah, I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed my playthrough! Yes, I would love to play more of this games. I've actually been looking into BlazBlue Calamity Trigger. I hear that helps learn more abt BB´s lore. Under night In birth and P4 Arena sound good too!
Noel is the clone of Ragna's dead sister, and Hazama is the one who almost killed him as a child and turned his brother against him and kidnapped his sister.
hakumen is one of the 6 heroes who saved the world BlazBlue, and ranga comes from the enemy that the 6 heroes defeated and that is why hakumen wants to kill him.
The Finale of Dweller's Empty Path is here! It's been a lot of fun these past few episodes. Can't wait to see what's next in the story, no matter in what medium it comes Enjoy!
