CA institute Usha CA firm kay khilaf koi action nahi laita Qki Usha CA firm say usko saal ki membership fees mil rahi hai but Usha CA articleship karnay walo say nahi isha liya usko 2 saal ki saja milti hai na ki articleship. CA articleship student ko gusha bahut aata hai but student khun kay ghut per kar rah jaatay hai Qki unko ca firm say articleship experience certificate chahiye hota hai. CA Institute dogla pan karta hai baki kay CMA or cs institute kay saatha mai bewajah CMA institute ko down karnay ki koshish karta rahta hai😎😎

I am a millennial but i am extremely happy that Gen Z's are not taking this corporate 💩💩💩 anymore. We need to be united to save ourselves from toxic, sadist and frustrated bosses. That's y i always say keep ur family smal, if u can't afford to raise a kid don't bring them into this cruel world... The lesser the liability the better the quality of life would be. Guys don't run after money or materialism... Priorize ur mental health, physical health, satisfaction and happiness.
I used to work for a British INGO... Although, initially, our senior colleagues based in London did not put too much pressure on us and behaved politely, they soon realized that in Bangladesh, we are used to elders/seniors being rude to us and intimidating us into catering to their unreasonable demands... They highly empowered some of the local top officials and then, the work culture became toxic and most of the lower and mid level employees were working almost 24/7... So, the Brits kept their hands clean while the local top officials did the dirty work on their behalf...

Indian MNC dont fear Indian law. They misuse everything according to their needs like mandatory to serve notice period even in probation period, 90 days notice period but need immediate joining
No online MBA college provides placement I have been pursuing Online MBA from Chandigarh University they assured me of placement but was a complete bluff as they don't give any help for placement Now when you go for a job the recruiters don't recruit you as you are from online MBA Now I am giving CAT exam and have to complete the MBA from regular MBA college So don't go for online MBA
Tell me one thing in this situation of job crunch or any future situation will a company favour and MBA from regular MBA college who has a good exposure and has proved his worth by giving CAT etc exam or a student who has done online MBA by pursuing it half heartedly They never selects online MBA students Put your self in recruiters position you will understand it
Frankly speaking online MBA is worth it only for working professionals who have job experience For freshers it is of no value The market completely favours regular MBA So don't go for online MBA if you are a fresher It has become a money machine for university
I agree with your point of view..I have been working in USA since 2017 . I joined initially Indian IT firm after graduation, work culture is sit, garbage & toxic ..they also gave extra work here just like india but the good thing here is laws are strict so they have to pay ..this Scam IT companies hire managers/employee (mostly their personal relatives and friends from south India)directly from india on H1b and they come with Indian toxic work culture..pay is very less on H1b ….finally I just gave up and joined to American owned IT company ..work culture is excellent, Pay way better, No work after hours, manager is down to earth , they listen and take care their employees for real …managers , CEO , employees all treated same at one level, no ego problems..there are days where I just informed 1 hours ago my managers that I need to leave from office and work place for few hours or a day due to family issues..without any hesitation my manager always approved my request..in return he write take care your family first come back at work when you feel good ..No worries…My manager is white American..🇺🇸….I suggest Non Indian manager is far better and liberal….. Anyway…I love American work culture ðics …I wish that implement in india too…so people don’t want to move other countries…..
