Explaining the same thing in circles for so long that it is wrong is useless. Better tell me how to do it right, something other than meditation. For example, eat tasty healthy food, listen to pleasant music, concentrate on the good, on successes, spend more time walking and communicating with people, walk alone somewhere in parks where people walk with dogs or just in nature. Avoid toxic friends, colleagues, etc. Do not read news that is not related to your work. Find yourself a hobby/favorite thing and try to turn it into work. This is what I would like to see and hear, instead of monotonously repeating circle after circle what should not be done. Так долго объяснять одно и тоже кругами что неправильно, это бесполезное занятие. Лучше расскажите как правильно делать, что-то кроме медитации. Например есть вкусную полезную еду, слушать приятную музыку, концентрироваться на хорошем, на успехах, проводить время больше гуляя и общаясь с людьми, гулять одному где-то в парках где гуляют с собаками или просто на природе. Избегать токсичных друзей, коллег и тп. Не читать новости, которые не связаны с твоей работой. Найти себе хобби/любимое дело и постараться превратить его в работу. Вот что хотелось бы увидеть и услышать, вместо того, чтобы монотонно повторять круг за кругом что делать не надо.

There was no mention about guarantees and using scarcity and time constraints to convert high ticket leads - things that are all explained in the book and make it possible to charge atrocious prices for your goods/service and still have people lining up to give you their money
Great video. I have to say though (also as a person that works in an NGO in Malawi) I HATE pity stories. I have a basis in science, and I understand the context of statistics. I really don't care about one person crying in a publicity story because I know I don't know the context and I KNOW it is a manipulative story.
