I take a combination of herbs 🌿 which includes Epimedium. All herbs are standardised quality to contain active ingredients, I combine Horny goat weed, red Korean Ginseng, maca, Ginkgo Biloba, and Tongat Ali ...this is a great combination of supplements for men.
Take one a day for a month with glutathione and be intentional about what you want. You're welcome. I use "now" brand with the mostly orange label. You'll feel cognitively slower at first while the changes happen. By the end, if you're like me, you'll be having breakthrough insights about relevant subject-matter to your dominant thoughts.
I have heard this exact same discussion word for word on another channel. My question is - You say that DMAE does NOT work by boosting acetyl-choline. Followed immediately by telling us something that does in fact help boosting acetyl-choline. I feel like there is a gap in logic. What is DMAE actually doing when it does really help certain people? If it does help you, why make the change to something that has a greater impact on acetyl-choline?
Dmae and centrophenoxine both appear to increase brain choline levels by stealing the muscle choline levels. This is why it is dangerous for pregnant women as it robs the choline that is necessary for the developing fetus. This is also why it would be recommended for a non pregnant woman who is using dmae or centrophenoxine to also add additional choline sources to the diet like alpha gpc, cdp choline or even eggs

Yes I have used it for years. I like the Chinese interpretation. That it is the will strengthener, which for them means it gives you the drive to do everything on your to do list. Most likely a result of its effects on Acetyl Choline For BDNF like effects and a renewed interest in learning I have found 10mg per day of Dihexa to be the best research chemical.
No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically relevant at reasonable oral doses. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19517426/ I have mixed it with St Johns Wort and other herbs and supplements without any issues, but pharmacology says everything is dose dependent - The dose makes the poison
This is one of the better explanations of Huperzine-A. Although I seem to remember that, ( I believe it was Huperzine-A), that it should be taken only once every 3 days because it lasts so long. Don't want to much accumulated, ongoing build up.
This advice is the best I’ve found! Pointing out the herbs and supplements with no over explanation, I just wanted to know what to take instead of Prednisone. Thank you.
