Desafortunadamente, en los países geopolíticamente periféricos hay islas de prosperidad en medio de un océano de pobreza. En Latinoamérica vemos esto mucho, este lugar es una síntesis de lo que estoy hablando. Son élites económicas y políticas que chupan la sangre de la clase trabajadora para mantener sus privilegios, que permanecen en el poder mediante golpes de Estado y represión del pueblo. Y hoy en día las redes sociales sirven para mantener alienados a esas mismas personas, sirvientes de las mentiras y falsas promesas de estos sinvergüenzas de extrema derecha.
Unfortunately, in geopolitically peripheral countries, there are islands of prosperity in the midst of an ocean of poverty. We see this a lot in Latin America, and this place is a synthesis of what I am talking about. These are economic and political elites who suck the blood of the working class to maintain their privileges, who stay in power through coups d'état and repression of the people. And today, social media serves to keep these same people alienated, servants of the lies and false promises of these far-right scoundrels.
Infelizmente nos países geopoliticamente periféricos existem ilhas de prosperidade em meio a um oceano de pobreza. Na América Latina vemos muito isso, esse lugar é uma síntese do que estou falando. São elites econômicas e políticas que sugam o sangue da classe trabalhadora para manter seus privilégios, que se mantém no poder por meio de golpes de estado e de repressão ao povo. E hoje em dia as redes sociais servem para manter este mesmo povo alienado, servos das mentiras e falsas promessas desse canalhas de extrema-direita.
