Juanette you did an awesome job on this journal. I love the molds you used in this project. I love using air dry compound sometimes they can be a little tricky to manipulate. T FS🌴💕
Hi Juanette!! You had me laughing at the end!! Im the same way, too OCD when crafting. 😂😂😂 Nothing wrong with wanting perfection, but it can be a hindrance sometimes. Love what you did today. Those molds are so awesome...💜
So many interesting and attractive elements. Loving the spine dangle and the closure is GENIUS. I had wondered about the Stamperia molds but had kept my distance. Great ideas for traveling. What did you show customs? Did you pay any duty? I did log every purchase in a journal so we could show customs as well as remember what everything cost. Did not always get a receipt so needed to record the purchase. Never had to show proof of purchase..
Thank you so much Ann. It's not like in the olden days when you used to have to fill out a customs form. Nobody required that. I didn't pay any duty however, the taxes in France Italy and Spain are quite high.

Hi Juanette!! These are great tips for traveling. I'm not a fan of flying, but I have a foldable shopping bag I carry in my purse for antique & thrift shopping when we're on the road. I also do the same thing with my receipts from shopping. I always have a TN journal to document our travels and record our expenses along the way. Thanks for sharing these tips, love them!! 💜

Wow! That looks like a fabulous trip! I am hoping to travel to France next year, but now you have me wanting to go to Italy as well. I'd be interested to know how it worked with renting the car in Italy and dropping it off in Spain. Did they charge you a big one way fee for that?
Thank you so much Judy. Yes, it was a big fee of close to $1000 to pick the car up in Italy and drop it off in Spain. However, having a car made it so worth the cost. Because we were buying so much we really needed a car. If you're going to France next year you definitely need to include Italy.
No the rain just missed me Helen. So my friend Vern said she is not a traveler. She is a homebody. So I'm going to need somebody to go with me again next year. You'll have to think about it.

I am watching you in my pjs and drinking coffee 😂. What a wonderful trip. You bought such amazing stuff. When my husband and I traveled to SE Asia, we would buy two large suitcases and put in the stuff we purchased. Taking an empty suitcase is always a good idea. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your purchases. Eat protein during the day and carbs at night to help with jet lag. ❤❤❤
