I use the exact same methods as you lol🥰 but yours came out so much nicer and more vibrant! I have he endless summer one and love it so far. It’s my first one by this author
I just got 3 of her books…so excited and happy! They are by far the best of the gray scale coloring books that provide the completed color guide because the color guide picture is the same size that you will be coloring!! Yes they are a little more expensive but so worth it! Prismacolor works fine but I love my Polychromos on them even better.
Hello and thank you for this great tip and the good description. I implemented it straight away and tested it. It works perfectly for all my water soluble pens like Albrecht Dürer, Inktense and others. It's almost better than Tombow with original filling. Now I can save a lot of money.😊

Thank you so much for making this video on Gelatos. I am new to coloring and yes,I tend to skip the backgrounds and do coloring only on each page. This has helped me so much and I am in the process of getting either the FC Gelatos or Neocolor 2. I think the Gelatos seem better from the YT videos but am not sure yet. Just out of interest have you managed to make a decision on the Ranger blending tools (small)? Would love to see more of your videos.
I am not able right now to post to my channel due to health problems. I am hoping to get better but if not, I will have to just let the current videos play. Thank you for your concern. My husband is also sick and my sister was diagnosed with less then 6 months to live. I am trying to color as I can for stress relief. I post when I can on Instagram and on some groups on FB. I can't have any pressure that I get from making videos on RU-vid at this point.
This is a great idea. I've used Sea Sponges to create trees in watercolor, but not thought of them with acrylic paint. I must give it a go. Thanks for the great video

I went out looking for new colorists to follow and I'm so pleased I found you. Our style is similar and my favorite girl is Teresa Goodridge. I subscribed when I saw that you work with watercolor pencils and other things, because I need to enhance my coloring skills and products! But, the Most Perfect thing about you is that you do Not do that sing-song-y narration that so many do. Makes me nuts. You are so down to earth and interesting to me. Its a heat gun for crafting. I also do embossing on pages in my coloring books. This is not a hairdryer. It is a heat tool that gets much warmer. If you want to do embossing and other crafts this heat gun is a must. If you only want to dry your color book pages then an ordinary hairdryer will work. amzn.to/3TvZThS

This is an excellent way to add background to any coloring page. I often find myself experimenting with backgrounds whether they turn out good or bad. Are there really any bad backgrounds? Its all part of the fun of coloring/creating.
This may be just the thing I need to add to a grassy area on the page I'm tackling now. Of course I don't have any acrylic paints or sea sponges but who know what I might find when I start poking around. Nice to see you again.♿👵🎨 Barb N.
Acrylic paint for a 2 oz bottle at Walmart or Amazon is about 50 cents. If you don't have a sea sponge, just look for something with texture around your house. I was thinking about a piece of aluminum foil crunched up. Look around your house. Thanks for commenting. I am so glad you liked the video.
Marty Noble is one of my favorite illustrators. Both books are beautiful. I have the Winter Scenes book. As I was watching your flip through I felt like coloring in it again 😊 . About the video, maybe it was a bit too bright but audio was good 👍🏻🙂
Experiments are great fun 🙂. It looks like the butterfly is flying over some flowers, maybe sweet peas 🙂. Watercolors might be a good option too. The watercolor look is very pretty. I didn’t know that artists also used natural sea sponges.
