I lived in the area briefly. I remember hearing in maybe September 1996 that 107.7 was going to play the new live album on the radio so I decided to listen to it on the way over driving from Kirkland. When I got over to Seattle I drove around a bit while the album finished then found my way to Viretta Park. It was a peaceful evening. I smoked a few cigarettes on the bench (probably with some of this same graffiti still), wandered toward the fence, got chased off. Said goodbye to Kurt right before I moved away from the city. It's still such a vivid memory.
the first 40 seconds when they go under that small bridge.. its funny because i work in the area as a gardener and i see so many trucks hit that bridge from time to time.
He played in Sir Henry’s which was apart of the same complex which was located at the back on south Main Street I worked in the bar but was off the night Nirvana played 😢!
Thanks for the info. When did the Grand Parade Hotel close down? On Google Maps it seems "Deep South Coffee" occupies part of the old Hotel building but the rest seems to have been gutted through making a Car Park to S Main Street? .. Did Nirvana stay in the Grand Parade Hotel as well as playing Sir Henry's at the back?
bought it in late january, toured feb and early march, really was only there for a week in january and a couple weeks in march, few days in april. crazy.

Dude I love this songgg!!! Morrissey!!!! Take me out tonight Where there's music and there's people Who are young and alive Driving in your car I never, never want to go home Because I haven't got one anymore Take me out tonight Because I want to see people And I want to see light Driving in your car Oh, please don't drop me home Because it?s not my home, it?s their home And I'm welcome no more And if a double-decker bus Crashes into us To die by your side Is such a heavenly way to die And if a ten-ton truck Kills the both of us To die by your side Well, the pleasure, the privilege is mine Take me out tonight Oh, take me anywhere I don't care, I don't care, I don't care And in the darkened underpass I thought, oh God, my chance has come at last But then a strange fear gripped me and I just couldn't ask Take me out tonight Oh, take me anywhere I don't care, I don't care, I don't care Driving in your car I never, never want to go home Because I haven't got one I haven't got one Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh And if a double-decker bus Crashes into us To die by your side Is such a heavenly way to die And if a ten-ton truck Kills the both of us, so what To die by your side Well, the pleasure, the privilege is mine Oh, there is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out There is a light, never goes out
Ese fue el año que Courtney Love y Frances dejaron de vivir ahí. Si esto fue en abril, entonces debe haber sido poco tiempo antes de que ellas abandonaran la casa. Excelente material de archivo. Slds desde Chile.

#justiceforkurt #soakedinbleach Follow the money trail Look at the criminal records of those closest to Kurt and who profited the most. Specifically Courtney Love. Soaked in Bleach is free on RU-vid. It's the first video that pops up if you search for it. Courtney is connected to what happened to Kristen Pfaff, El duce, detective Antonio terry, medical examiner Nikolas hartshorn. All these people conveniently died who could have outed her. Also she tried to kill Isaiah Silva and James Moreland. She threatened to kill Brianne O Connor, Kurts little half sister if Wendy Cobain didn't stop asking questions about Kurts death. Wendy Cobain saw Courtney throw Kurts divorce papers into a fireplace and Courtney said " now everything is mine".
