Most people dont speak science terms and we need more of a gr 3 approach. I know l have insulin resistance pcos , fatty liver , hair loss to the touch Probably to foods .. is low carb the way? Is keto? More protein??? Fasting ? My pancreas is struggling ... A1c 5.7 Is gaining muscle and walking after a meal the way??? Is there a way to get a simple answer? Question I am 65 I was 9 when first diagnosed and been Diagnosed 4 times in my lifetime and every time just autistic no ADHD no mental illness and from 4 different doctors. I have lot trouble with autism mostly lights and sounds but I have never been depressed I know few other autistics who like me are just autistic and never get depressed. Is this rare or is it because we are only autistic and have no other problems?

I think the real danger can be decades of mostly pain especially with a majority of perceived social distress. Not just traumatic events or seasonal issues but lifelong (especially in the dark) can indeed be quite troubling
