Tired of broke ass landlords treating tenants like ATMs...the whole point of rent is for you to use that money to maintain the house which YOU OWN! Why do you need someone else to take the place to pay the previous tenant back? How are you that broke when you're getting money for no work??
If you are worried about lack of consistency, you shouldnt do business in Ghana at all. Everything that is mentioned sounds like you were not really familiar with doing business in frontier markets

Maybe to put less pressure on your knees, you can sometimes use barstools that you yourself can control the height of it (don’t know the exact name of it, but you get what I mean😂) while braiding…maybe it will help since you stand for hours…niceee vlog✨
