I’m not agree completely with you I had several surgeries in Austin with the crane center and several in Mexico and the after care in Mexico it’s been awesome 5 stars ⭐️ very very good doctor in Mexico and the cost is very reasonable as the USA the cost are extremely over price for the same procedures
My friend had a finger injury. Everything above the first bend of his thumb is gone, no meat all the way around. All that’s left as one flat bone. It’s all healed up but it looks like a skeleton has the tip of his meat costumes thumb cut off. His entire bone from the first bend of his thumb is completely exposed all the way around. Can a hospital just leave it this way?
sounds like a tough injury. not nearly enough information to make any reasonable comment on what was done - and this wouldn’t be the place for it. there are many fine hand surgeons who i’m sure would see your friend. best wishes - DrB
Ok but I was skinny and I got weight for Lipo. The Doctor told me too and it was successful. So i was 52Kg and I gained to become 59kg in 3 month. They filled the fat into my breast and I got more weight after planing round to for my bottom. Holding it since 3years now and going to do my bbl this year. So since the fat is there (64kg since 2y. Exactly) my fat should stay right. It’s already used to stay where is at if I’m not misunderstanding you. So when taken and put somewhere else it should stay too. By the way I am planing to lose weight again. Not immediately after. I’ll let it settle but after 6month I will slowly lose weight, is that bad. I hate being where I’m at
Great question and I'll encourage you to speak to your surgeon about your particular situation. In general - the concept of donor dominance will play a role - the fat cells will behave based on where they came from. If you gain and lose weight from your belly and that's where the fat came from - when you lose weight - you will lose it from the grafted fat as well. If you have additional questions - please call my office. 210-920-2390. Thanks! - DR B.
I welcome any and all discourse on the topic but at the moment - there is no legitimate medical evidence to support your claim that implants make people sick.
Damn us skinny ppl have no hope 😭 It’s very hard for me gain weight! Like I’ve just started gaining and it took me months to gain 5-6 pounds so now I’m 108 and I’m 5’4 and 19 😂 I’m under weight
Skinny bbl just means they will take it from more sections. Arms, laps/legs tummy, flanks, back just everywhere they can find some. But I recommend you to gain a lil more. 108 is kinda low. I’m not a doc but for my first Lipo I gained and they didn’t even get out 1L so hang in there and take your time. If you do it for your self there’s nothing pushing you.
Welcome to my RU-vid channel. While I appreciate you taking the time to comment - I am reminded of the age old line that while everyone is entitled to their own opinions - they aren't entitled to their own facts. I would encourage you to read about the concept of donor dominance as it applies to fat grafting. Oh - any by the way - cartilage grafting does not change with weight. Hope that helps clear things up. Thanks again - Dr B
Is it true that Dr don’t put above the muscle anymore? I really want to have it above to avoid pain but most of them do bellow or dual plan! Please tell me what you think!
@@lailab4147 I was told that implants placed above the muscle is less painful. (I wasn’t put to sleep so I saw everything!!) Honestly my tits itself is not pain but just sore & uncomfortable because they wrapped me up & I couldn’t shower for 1 week😭, no tightness too maybe because I used to breastfed & I choose 350cc which is not too big. Also!! Backache & only sleep in sitting position! On the 2/3rd day I do feel burning sensation on the incision area. It was about day 9 or 10th day when I can ride/drive normally but still avoid heavy stuff until fully healed. Overall I would say 2/10, but again everybody is different depending on the size. Hope this help😁
@@aliceuphg4977 thank you so so much for writing in details!!! Do you mind asking me why you chose over the muscle? I m scheduled in 5 weeks for surgery over the muscle but all people I see are below! Hope you don’t regret going over
Yeah tell that to a woman who had to get a mastectomy and doesn’t qualify for a diep reconstruction. Not every woman gets implants for vanity, sometimes it’s to heal from the trauma of losing your breasts from cancer.
I saw to doctors about a breast augmentation , I have a flat just one of them told me he would put it above the muscle the other one under the muscle now I’m lost and I don’t know which one to choose some advice please?
It can be confusing when different doctors give different opinions. There are many approaches in plastic surgery and you have to go with the one that makes the most sense to you. If youre here in San Antonio and we can help - please call the office to schedule a visit to discuss your particular needs. 210-880-3711. Best wishes - Dr B
Great video Dr. Baumholtz! This is a topic I find myself discussing with patients in my office from time to time. Maybe people should know more about what makes a board certified plastic surgeon vs a cosmetic surgeon?
