Best mead I’ve ever tasted was from Valhalla meadery in Kalamazoo Michigan. Truly world class the holy grail was better and smoother than pappy 23 year. That’s what got me into mead making but I’d love to try this too
Oh wow when one is driven by passion there's no limit to what can b achieved. The process alone is so exhilrating and exciting, what more the drink 😮 I just wanna really say big ups to you and your company I'm not really a fan of alcohol Never heard of mead before n wondering how come I only happen to seeing this video now But this glass of your wine looks dazzling to be kissed!!! I'm in South Africa and wondering if your products are shipped in different countries and if not, please how could I place an order 🎉
Love the tahitian honeymoon. Still have my empty bottles saved from the 2nd and 3rd batches of vanilla Marion and chocolate Marion and a 20th batch bottle of world harvest
I absolutely love this. I discovered yall years ago when I lived in phoenix and frequented Prescott. Will always be a fan and I rave about your meads. I live in NC now and still order from you
In Sonora Mex, we have amaizing mezquite and ironwood honey!!!! I made small batches of diferents styles of mead, but nothing compares with your job amaizing products of Supersrition Congrat's!!
I disagree. The lines between wine and mead get so blurry sometimes it could be a nightmare if you had a license for only one knowing what you can and can't make. Personally I think the idea of them falling under the same licensing allows for more creative freedom when developing new recipes.
I love mead and make my own. There are so many combinations you can play around with and make something that you yourself love! It's super easy - mix honey with water, add yeast and you have a basic mead. Add some raisins and a brewed black tea to make it a touch more complicated. Replace water with apple cider/juice, cook the honey, add other fruits, or maple syrup... In 3 months you have a tasty and unique drink ready to bottle and enjoy!
This looks amazing….I’m wondering though, do your meads go through a pasteurisation process and what is the source water you utilise? It is from unfluoridated water?
The water is being turned into alcohol. Alcohol eliminates fluoride. Unless the water has an unusually high level of fluoride, most purified water should be okay. At least from my research.
Cool so it's barrel aged and we get no other information other than the Dia de Los Muertos art on the bottle who let the chromosome deficient one do the marketing???
