I through my off cuts in a cutting rack as they come off the sawmill. Then cut them up all at once. If just a few to cut i through them on the pile and cut them right there less handling!

Hell yeah, nice ingenuity and idea. People can probably hurt themselves if they are as smart as a bix of rocks, but that's why theres warning labels on everything...if you know what you are doing, you'll be fine.
That looks like cold work. Keeping busy equals keeping warm I would imagine. The video was well done with a well positioned camera. I did have to mute the audio for a lot of it. A little too much profanity in the music, especially when the same song was repeated. I just muted it and tuned on Spotify and enjoyed the video. But something to think about if you want to increase your audience.
