You will want to get the danged chest aspect because at some point you find the cursed sword and it one shots everything at the price of giving you the cursed debuff
lmao the sweaty tryhards in the comments. Video was entertaining and well narrated. Who gives a fuck about your meta? Yes Santa water does suck. There, i said it.
I’ve only started getting into this game properly in the last week or so (on and off outside of work) I’m only on 1BC rn but it’s so satisfying watching this video seeing him start out exactly how I did.
For your first mutation, dont take combo, just press up and take the very last one. Its a spare life, you can use your first death as knowledge on whether or not the run is "worth continuing" im a noob, but just something someone told me. I love the fact that you are trying to learn shields, armadillopack is great.
Fun fact you can sacrifice the mushroom boi to skip the mama tick fight and score a blueprint he also acts like a grenade. But the sacrifice trick only works in the morass of the banished. All you need to do is find the tall guy and the weird alter that are just before the fight and tell it to blow up right in front of the alter. The only down side is that you effectively turn that mushroom boi into a consuable item like the keys and once used that one just leaves the inventory so while you can find another in the same run your still sacrificing an ability. That said kinda worth it if your low on health and don’t think your going to win a fight
Fun Fact: If you did Dead Space Extraction, then as a reward, you can find the blueprint of the Hacker Suit in the Peng Room. And through the game, you can also find the blueprint for the Hacker Contact Beam. Completing the Severed DLC, gives you the Patrol RIG and the Patrol Seeker Rifle.
The hacker suit and the hacker contact beam are for having a dead space ignition save. I don't think(?) there's anything for dead space extraction. Afaik and looking on the wiki, the only way to get the hacker suit is to have a ds ignition save on console, and then find it in the second conduit room.
After having just completed the "impossible" difficulty mode on DSR (and a playthrough of DS2 on "Zealot" just before that), I think that I, too, am finally worthy enough to be so audacious as to assume I have what it takes to pull off a "deathless" DS2 run -- on "hardcore", no less. I completed the DSR run without any shenanigans that involve quitting to avoid a legitimate death (which surprised even my clumsy ass, since I only ever die due to the environmentor scripted events like the tentacle bondage). And in DS2, I only died like 2 times because of just very poor choices on my part. Like not having any health packs while trying to go up the elevator to the solar array 😢 (or getting too complacent with health conservation at the end of the game, during the section where "übermorph" roleplays an obsessed high schooler that's got the biggest crush on Issac lol). So yeah, if I actually use my two brain cells in tandem (rather than only individually) I just MIGHT be capable of pulling it off.
The comment about buying it on pc then realized it was on Xbox is only able to be experienced if you didn’t play before it came to Xbox, but when you play literally every update as it drops on the worst laptop of all time and then they release it to Xbox so now I can play it without all my frames going the second I pick up song of mana
12:10 I find Porta Ladonna to be an excellent choice for clearing this extra zone-his cooldown buff lasts for as long as he’s level one. Since you can’t level up in that zone, his lightning ring zaps almost everything well before they get close.
Birds are really easy to underestimate since it often looks like they aren’t doing much. But if you get them evolved to vandalier, they’ll typically top your damage output. In a recent run, the vandalier had 1.77 Million damage while the runner up weapon did a total of 788,000 damage when I had it for longer.
You might like Donut County if you haven't played it already! It's simple and fun, I beat it in one sitting, but there are some solutions that aren't obvious.
