You inspired my breakfast tomorrow, it's totally going to be a remake of yours in this vlog, matcha and an avocado eggdrop sandwich sound like a great combination to me so kudos to you for that haha Also I noticed that coffees are always served with straws, does that have anything to do with Koreans being beauty-obsessed and not wanting to stain their teeth? haha I love the Daehakro theatrical district, it sounds like the perfect place to be, I'm surprised you didn't stay much as I know it's your thing! But the Ihwa mural village being the main concern of your visit there is an understatement, it's so beautiful, I love the intertwined trees, I bet the walk down there felt so magical and I can't help but wonder how even more mesmerizing it would've been with a better weather with more greens everywhere! Also, it might not be feasable as I don't have much knowledge about the place and whether or not it's a residential era, but it would've been better if it had a no-parking-policy, because I felt like the cars ruined the cottage vibe it gave off The leathercrafting workshop totally caught my attention, it would totally be something I'd be very interested in if we had local shops like that over here I love the city overview at 1:27 with the contrast between the cityscapes and the Ihwa village, almost like two different timelines blending, it was a picturesque view Loved the pictures you took! Glad you're sharing them here hihi I love the penis fish haha didn't know they existed before, seemed like something coming straight out of Rick and Morty I loved the futuristic architecture in the design Plaza, it certainly looked so surreal! The third singer is so talented, I hope he gets some recognition I'm curious about the Squid game cookies haha how did they turn out to be? I always imagined them as very sugary cookies haha Looking forward to the next episode 💕
I KNOW I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THAT KIND OF FISH EITHER 😂my 10 year old brain still thinks they're funny… the village was filled with magnificent views that I didnt even catch on video, fun fact I kept a literal rock from the park there as a keepsake lol 🙈. I will confirm that last singer had an amazing voice and accent, the squid game cookies like you said were simply sugar taste haha like burnt caramel that sticks in your teeth for a while and lastly the straw in the coffee was my doing ngl… they serve coffee in those to go cups which is more than enough but I have a fear of any spillage accident as we usually spend the day out in the same outfit we take pictures in so I take a straw with me hahaha 🙈 Thanks again for your thoughtful comment 🥰 love you ❤
This came out fast and I'm proud of you for managing to squeeze in time to edit and post it😉 I loved your hotel view! Cityscapes are among my top favorites, love how it was complemented by the mountains and the touch of the foggy sky. It felt so picturesque to me and i couldn't help but wonder how stunning it would appear during sunrise or sunset haha curious to know if you had the chance to witness it I think the coffeeshop you ended up settling for is better because i personally love street coffeeshops where you get to people-watch or speeding-cars-watch while sitting outside haha I loved the face masks but still stand with the fact that they're a capitalist lie that the government came up with to encourage consumerism😂 No difference after the eyepatch but we love placebo products haha I love the Namsan park night view! It would take deep talks to another level, even more from the top of the Seoul tower I guess I instinctively knew that you'd write Chams was here haha that's what i would've written too I'm curious what your fortune teller ball said 👀 Did you end up getting it translated? Alsooo the street food looked so good! I'm curious about the fish cake (Taiyaki cakes), did you get to try it? i think it's more of a japanese thing though Looking forward to the next episode💞
Thank you for the long thought out comment once again I really appreciate that 🥹❤️ gonna try to answer everything now, sadly no I didn’t get to see the view of the hotel at sunrise or sunset because during the sunrise we re usually recuperating from the busy day and on sunsets we re out experiencing it from another view hahah! I did also end up preferring the coffee shop by the street and we actually went there the following days and I can definitely picture myself going back there everyday and having that mint chocolate latte as a way to start my morning routine. The skin care girl SOLD us the products she did so well honestly she wouldn’t stop showing us stuff and letting us try it all out it was so fun at the moment, maybe it didn’t show up on camera but there was a change with the under eye mask, my under eye area felt and looked more hydrated and puffed out rather than sunked in. South Korea is very much known for the endless choice in skin care products. I agree that some of them sound kinda useless and extreme though. Yes I translated the fortune ball and you’d be disappointed to know it was all blabla about success in love and career in the upcoming year and how Im gonna encounter some vague difficulties, and all the words we keep hearing and thinking we can relate to when it s literally every human experience but I keep that little red ball in my souvenir box as a treasure now from that place hihi. I did try the fish cakes with creme filling but from the convenient store by our hotel, they taste like jam filled waffles, a little too sweet for my taste, the ones with red bean paste filling are so bad though hahaha would not recommend those 🙈
I loved this!! I've been anticipating this series of vlogs for a while and I'm glad you had the courage to finally put them out into the world 🥰 This was fun but also informative, I loved the little mention of the Palace's name, it had a poetic and beautiful ring to it, reminiscent of the mid-19th century era that i LOVE I love the flowershop shown at the beginning, I love the variety of flowers, much like our imagined flowershop/bookstore/bakery haha The Hanbok looked so good on you, you looked like a mid-century-modern-princess and I loved the little pins and the hairstyle 💗 Alsoooo i would request a Mukbang soon, you make bland food look so tasty haha Can't wait already for the next episode! 🤩💗
Girl thank you so much that s such a thorough and thought through comment hahaha 😏😏 the flower shop was the first thing I saw at the airport which was very inviting I couldn’t not include it 🙈🙈 we can make the mukbang together 👀👀❤️❤️❤️
