Coldplay have been sellouts since 2010. Keane at least tried to stay true to MUSIC. While I don't think their recent work was of any big significance or impact, it's forever better than becoming overly commercial virtue signalling hippie stadium sellouts like Coldplay.
the interviewer is a n0nce. keeps bringing up Coldplay. it became The Chis Martin band. sold out to cheesy Hollywood & K-pop. i don't care for Coldplay. let others jump on their bandwagon.
tim booth you were never rock and roll and that look is not rock and roll . U2 2011 was the last great glastonbury, its become woke since then , with coldplay crap
Que tipo ran desagradable el entrevistador. Pesima su entrevista. La música de Coldplay es muy buena pero siento que es mas comercial, Keane tiene un estilo único y definitivamente no es para todos. Pero son lo maximo y deberian de ser mas valorados
@@theenglishman3368 tim is 64 they being preforming for 5 decades and at glastonbury couple of weeks ago he one who's kept gone other big bands died away many years ago downward spiral are you a fan of them
@@jasonbennett4467 you're spot on m8 gone to see Coldplay next month in Dublin only thing on my bucket list my 2 daughters came bk from Australia after 3 years hadn't seen them and give me a envelope with our 3 tickets some buzz lol 🐝
No comparison. Keane all the way! Not hating on Coldplay. I also listen to some of their songs. But Keane’s catalogue is outstanding! They should be the one headlining.. And Tom’s vocals are incredible.
@@crystyopI love both music they are different Coldplay might be more unique in terms of changing their style but Keane is awesome none the less none of them is better than the other just different.
1971 Glasto age 6 yrs old. i dont remember hardly any tents, everyone slept in the main marquee, i remember because i had to step over hundreds of people horizontol on the floor. It took ages to get from one side to the other :-)
music clearly hasnt moved on despite this media fool getting excited , U2 in 2011 and Radiohead in 2017 at glastonbury was the only interest i ever had in that media overblown media shit show , sad that glastonbury constantly turns to the english national treasure who just seem to headline it every year , coldplay those lgbt advocates are here again 😂😂
With BBC interviewers, why has there always got to be some slimey put-down to their questioning? Do they really think Keane give a shite that Coldplay are headlining rather than themselves?
Why Squeeze weren’t shown on the BBC is a travesty - such a great band, and one that I’m particularly fond of. Poor show BBC - but I don’t expect anything better. Can’t even get 2 of the best British songwriters since Lennon & McCartney in the right order……rubbish BBC. I’m glad the interview apologised to you - he needed to!
@@Mehecskekutato There were quite a few complaints both before and after it actually. The crowd made the most of a rotten line up credit to them for that but far too many less than great has beens and auto tuned current chart cr**. The fact they had to drag Coldplay out for the 5th time speaks volumes.
@@nonnayoubuzinnes1669 The fact they dragged out Coldplay for the 5th time tells that their are no up and coming "great" acts who could fill the headliner slot at the festival. So what remains : the still available legacy acts.
