The mount's arm length is sized to hold up to a 70" TV in a corner without hitting the wall on either side. It might be possible to fit some 75" TVs as long as they're slim enough, but the fit will likely be tight at best on either side.

If it's stuck and normal reset procedures don't work, then this is the only way left (outside of replacement) that we've found to get it working correctly again.
I'm currently waiting for one of these getting delivered to the UK. Some folks tell me my monitor should have came with a metal adapter plate but it defo did not, just the stand came with it. From this vid it looks like this bracket negates the need for that plate and bolts directly to the monitor. I'd appreciate if anyone who's used this bracket can let me know whether i'll be good to go without the circular metal plate i don't have or whether i need to track one down. My monitor is the CRG9 version., thanks for reading !
Hi i buy this model and i make the table top my self the size is 160 cm x 65 cm what is the margin recommended to center the frame on it? On one side i have it clear cuz the frame is 58 cm so i have 3.5 cm of margin each side, my worry is on the lenght to make sure is stable what do you recommend? thank you so much and sorry for my bad english.

Hello, I bought this arm and the piece that holds the laptop tray is tilted to the left and I have not figured out a way to rotate it so that the "UP⬆" print can actually be in a UP position. Please help as this is a very expensive arm.
They do come out of the box this way sometimes, and the bracket on its own is difficult to rotate. Once you've attached the tray though, it will be much easier to twist it to the straightened position,. If the ceiling is concrete, use the included concrete anchors for mounting. If it is a wood frame ceiling, the mount will need support from the wood since drywall alone isn't strong enough to support a TV properly.

Just bought this and now I have a problem with the O Crossbar. There is no holes in the steel to hold crossbar in place, making the crossbar loose and easily move. Please advise on a solution 😢
It is normal for the crossbar to not have holes, so it instead has a friction fit when the screws in the outer crossbars are tightened against it. @@sebavandyck1484 Thanks for the info! The Odyssey G7 is compatible with this stand as long as you still have the VESA adapter bracket that came with it. If the adapter is missing, a new one will be needed before the monitor can be mounted.
The base does have 3 screw holes for attaching to the clamp base. We don't have a larger base available, but if you have the ability to make one custom then it should work.

It'd be cool if you guys made a sturdy no shake foxed desk frame in that style. Maybe thicker legs. Idk why nobody ever makes fixed desk frames eith a bar for support. Its only just sit/stand desks or just the legs itself with no desk support to orevent sagging

Possibly, but this mount does sometimes have issues staying flat with TVs that have low positioned mounting holes due to the top-heavy nature of the TVs.

@@padawan_flamingo6895 We're sorry it's not holding up! The weight limit per arm is 19.8lbs, but they're usually packaged at reduced strength and have to be adjusted. Have you already adjusted the spring tension in the arm by turning the adjustment screw on top of the center joint clockwise? The monitors do have to be VESA mount compatible to fit. What's the model number of the monitor that isn't fitting?

@VIVOus hi, is this arm compatible with Dell 4320Q 43" monitor (it is not ultrawide) it has all the screws included? do I need to buy some back bracket for the monitor?
The original tilt joint of the monitor is built in where the post attaches to the monitor, so it's free to tilt separate from the movement of the mounting adapter. We'd recommend having the adapter positioned so that it's straight up or has a slight backward tilt, and then if you ever want to change the tilt of the monitor, you can use the built in tilt joint instead of adjusting the whole assembly with the adapter.
How do you get the Vesa Place to move like it does in the video? Mine is stuck in one position and the up arrow on the plate is pointing off at an angle, not up.
