2 kitchens on the same floor is hilarious! Never seen anything more idiotic or useless. Unless you have 20 people living under one roof in the same home! The builder will walk about with 3 million or more simply for working on a single home for a year or less. That is how messed up this world and this country is these days.
Not worth 3.5 million. Because of McLean i will give it 1.5 million at most because of the location. Garage floor trimming not well finished. Bedrooms are too small, guest shower too small. Looks like there are too many sub divisions framing to create more room, which lead to smaller rooms and baths. Laundry room at top is a plus but walking closet is snall. I cant see a place to even put 1 full suit cases. Well as you said in the beginning, this is done by a new developer and not an experienced developer.
I rented a shit hole in Falls Church once and found out that it sold for 600k this year, just so they could demolish and build a house on the plot. So another 200k for demo and removal. So you’re damn near a mil in just to get started. NOVA sucks and no one should ever buy here unless your job absolutely necessitates you physically be here. With hybrid/remote work being so common, it makes no sense. I make 200k here and still feel too cash poor to get anything worth the trade off of the price. Thank god I’m hybrid and escaping.
For a 5 million house, why would you put the laundry room upstairs or am I buggy guys.. Guys please provide feedback lol Maybe it's just me that I'm tripping
Did you say 2.8 million ?? Who the hell is buying these homes?? must be foreigners.. Us American born citizens are being priced right out of our own country. Nobody can afford this unless your a millionaire..
Is the material that they use nowadays this model homes look good in baby you know they want to design and put together and decorate but half the time you are paying for the looks instead of the material.
What I was trying to say was if a storm came by this house it would fall apart. Because of the material and structure the way it's built the material that they use nowadays. They will never be the same the way they used to build houses.I'd like to say some of these modern homes are beautiful.. and this is one of them. Only thing is that big country island sitting there in the middle of the kitchen sucking up space.
This home is gorgeous but I agree with the people saying there’s no outdoor space. I also feel like this home has features that are kinda pointless: two kitchens? A “sauna” room? I love the luxury of it all but I think there’s something better for the price
I feel like the fireplace block wall in the middle of the living room is taking space away. I'm not feeling a grand entrance when I walk thru the front door. There is no outdoor space to enjoy. Your neighbors are too close. 3 or 4 of the neighbor's houses are in full view of your house. For 5 million, I expected a lot more inside and outside. This doesn't feel or look like a 5 million dollar home or estate. Even the other houses on the same street don't look grand or appear to be in the millions.
@@arlingtonvirginiarealestate I hope they do I don’t know why they wouldn’t let someone tour the property to post on RU-vid it’s only going to gain more interest into the property the 3 minute video that’s already showcasing the house don’t really show off much! Hopefully they allow you to tour it ❤️
I agree 100%. You would be surprised how many listing agents think it’s weird or don’t want to have a tour video done. I have to explain that it will get a lot of views and get more attention to their listing haha.
@@arlingtonvirginiarealestate Lol that’s ridiculous you’d think you want more people coming to tour the properties that they have listed to get more exposure but then again I guess some agents just be stuck in there ways instead of changing with the time! But I hope they will still allow you to tour it either way man I’m going to support the content regardless.
@@JQURNEY I had an agent ask me recently "how would that help either of us" when I asked if I could do a quick video walk through for social media. This was for a vacant new construction home that had been on the market for over 6 months. I think there is a famous quote about never underestimating human stupidity.
Awesome and welcome to the channel. I’ve been in real estate about 10 years and doing this channel for about a year or so. I got into it by working as an assistant doing showings etc on a salary for an agent. Then once I learned how to write offers and get my own clients I moved to 100% commission.
