Thank you! ❤️ I’m not an expert and every body responds differently but here are some things I did: pump every 2 hours for 25 minutes. Power pump at least once a day. Drink plenty of water. I also started drinking body armors. Rest and sleep (overnight I sleep no longer than 4 hours so I can pump). I eat some form of protein everyday (meat, yogurt, nuts, granola). I eat oats like in oatmeal and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies by Milk Makers. Get a good lactation consultant! I highly recommend Nest Collaborative. They are virtual lactation consultants that helped me more than any in-person consultant I tried. I hope these tips help! ❤️

Ok a few things lol go ahead and teach us that Korean recipe….bagels have been Jax and I jammmmm lately lol and lastly the popsicles in bed? Girl almost every night over here lol Last thing foreal! Cross words puzzles are my thing too definitely helps decrease screen time lol
lol I most definitely will! It’s a crockpot recipe so it’s super easy! Carter loves bagels too! If he sees me with one, here he comes lol Popsicles are like the perfect way to end the night lol sometimes I wake up at like 4am and go get some too 🤦🏽♀️🤣 I’m so glad I’m not the only one who does them! 😂 It makes me feel like I’m being more productive in life!
So true! I had some of my best worship times after getting my children up, dressed and dropped off at daycare or school. My early morning time of worship while traveling to work was a time of thankfulness, release and seeking guidance! Whew! So thankful for those times!
