Looking at playing Dark Souls 3 after Elden Ring and Dark Souls one, plus eight other Souls-like games I’ve beaten lol. It’s good to see you covering this and getting away from Black Myth WuKong which was just a boss rush. Thanks for the help.
@@YourAverageVarietyGamer I understand that but since you’re focusing on the AoW so heavily just seems like it a ton of dex. I cap dex at around 30 with Moonveil since it’s more of an L2 weapon. Love your vids BTW and thx for the reply.
I've been running this with a powerstanced OmenKiller on my offhand, seppuku ash on that, claw talisman instead of millicent, golden vow on mainhand dagger, it's pretty ridiculous.
I had a buddy who had the dlc drop me one with savage lions claw and its been shredding bosses and deleting poise. Such a good looking and good preforming weapon
I kinda wish they made it be like the other dragon breath incantations where you can aim it. Imagine if the first breath part was just normal holy breath thing but then it upgrades to the giant laser. It would be like an incantation version of comet azur but dragon.
As a higher level player, I do recommend focusing on either faith or intelligence. Running two scorpion charms is suicide on later playthrough. I’m on ng11 and the DLC is rough. Not saying to forget about one or the other, but I would say doing faith, flame grant me strength instead of howl so you don’t get the increased damage. The enemies are too fast to focus on the longer ranged stuff unless you can hit them with both the projectile and sword swipe from the magic damage part of this build
Wanna try out a scythe since ive mained a str/fth build with a greatsword for most of my playing. Scythes look badass and i just dont know what direction i want to lean in with one. Black flame tornado, stormcaller, phantom slash idk lol too many options. Gg
I beat the base game 10 times then I started using the BB. The dlc was very kind to faith. I used to be an intelligent build but the DLC was unkind to sorceries
Fingerprint shield, blasphemous blade, heaviest armor, worked fine till mesmer. Lucky to get to stage 2 . He can easily 1 shot you while guarding even with guard talisman
So wait for the rpars he did that running move and has equipped the braggats roar but when I equipped it I didn't get that cool running move, any reason why?
I pulled out RoB for the first time in a long time and immediately put it back. It’s almost totally useless now. If anything, it could use a buff to get to baseline. Bump up the range a tad, bump up the bleed proc and increase poise/ during the ash of war and it would be viable again. I think fromsoft just got so sick of hearing people bitch about it that they were like “fine, we’ll make it a rubber sword! Can you stfu now?!”
a little late but you gotta do light and charge attacks to build charges, max is 2 charges. when the weapon glows on the blade its on charge 1 and u can use ur special for the beam but if the entire weapon glows its on charge 2 and you can do the longer beam
I've used Eleonora's poleblade through an entire play through including the DLC and when chaining two Bloodblade Dance attacks, it will stagger almost everything on the second one. Even most bosses.
Hi Matt hell yeah that blade is awesome but can be a little easy to doge, so I have just entered the dlc with a Madge build and I'm using the claymans spear with the ice spear ash and I must say that it packs a pretty good punch to take down renalla at castle ensis and my back up ranni's dark moon blade, I don't know about you but it just seems to be going back to the original weapons either to start or carry through, it just seems that there are a few other specific builds but you can't beat the originals. So could be an idea to do a claymans ice spear build or perhaps consider some of the more obscure weapons, just a thought and many thanks for your hard work and time awesome keep up the great videos as always so informative 👍💯
Hey average I noticed the split stats on the weapon is half and have with strength and dexterity which stat would help with this build mostly dex or strength? Or is it just primarily faith 🤔 that gives all the damage?
Hi, I'm following this build but it seems that I can't reach 6000 damage with just one hit, I only arrive at 4000-5000 (after patch 1.13). Are there some consumables that can help me achieve this damage? I'm also at level 220, new game, well above your stats, have all the scadutree fragments. Help me :D
I don’t get what all the rivers of blood bashing, I tried nagi build and then rob, I hit WAAAAY more things with rob, also it goes through objects, shields, environment, and enemies, nagakiba does not. AND you don’t have to reapply a buff every 60 seconds
