Perfect type of machine to print cup wraps. I am not familiar with this machine. The fact that your question went un aswered for four month might give you a clue about customer service and support.
hello, do you know maybe why with printheads xp600, yellow is not yellow as it should be even the nozzles are not good, we replaced the heads twice. And we also have problems with C and M, which are printing good nozzles but color are not even there are lets say lines of magenta or some sort of color distortion in cyan or magenta

I bought an EraSmart, it's great. But I'm having problems printing white. It's printing stripes and failing, could it be a problem with the settings or the print head?

Hola, tengo una en a3 pero no me funcionan los botones para poner la impresora online, es decir, la mesa no avanza ni retrocede por ninguno de los botones, sin embargo si obedece si quiero subir o bajar la mesa. Estoy en España y no conozco nadie que pueda ayudarme.
