There is 30 packs of horrible grammar...STOP SAYING "IS" FOR PLURAL OBJECTS. This is covered by about 3rd grade and not revisited. You're probably afraid to say "me" too. Jeezopete.
Always keep in mind the years of greed and the hobby morphing from "fun" to "big business" 1986 to 1994. The hobby flipped on its side when the big-money investors came in and started buying up everything in sight. The outcome for the card producers was overproduction. Let me state this: It was not the fault of the card manufacturers. They were simply answering the call of the public and production stepped up to meet demand. However, late in 1992 and throughout 1993 people became aware of the fact that too many cards and sellers were available and not enough buyers. In the late 80s some cities had a card show a day and some cities even had week-long shows that had huge arenas where 30,000 people came to buy sell and trade. Chicago's traditional Car Show was second to one of the huge trading card shows during this time frame. Over production nearly killed the hobby but thanks to the players themselves in the mid-to-late 90s (Pucket, Sosa, McGwire, Bonds, Ripken Ertc;) the hobby held on. I remember doing a one day show in New York during the winter of 1993 when less than 10 collectors came to buy from over 40 tables of sports merchandise.
Bought a whole box those Score and Fleer hanger packs. Although simple in design, they are cool and get job done. The plastic they come in really keeps the cards in new condition. Plus, the Fleer/Donruss hanger packs were the one's I opened. I was looking for the Nolan Ryan Cards. Happily, I found them. So, these hanger packs are actually inexpensive but do have the nice cards inside. - Recommended. :)
