Everybody is special and everybody has their own physique or performance goal. The path I chose is not easy. My goal is to share my knowledge and passion for bodybuilding, and to help other people achieve their physique goals. It took me almost 2 decades to reach the professional standard I am competing at today. It was tough to get a Pro Card and reach the Mr. Olympia competition. That journey requires a lot of sacrifices. However, I genuinely believe that everyone is able to get their dream body with the right help and motivation.

I can recall one cup of the “jello “ looking blood cups in several years of cupping. This gentleman from what I saw it appeared most of the cups had the thick toxic blood .Thats not good but I hope he continued the cupping . Being that he is a body builder I think would stress the importantace to sit when drinking and small sips to retain more water amazingly enough all 3 are part of the s u n n a h
Look at his chest next to Behrooz or even Chris Bumstead (who is much lighter).. or Wesley Vissers... Bonac's chest is his weak point IMO. His lower body is phenomenal though.
