I've tried to find calisthenics for beginners women but all of them were extremely hard for me as a 14yr old girl whos underweight and very medically weak and most of those exercises catered to men who could do pushups and pullups already so I am so unbelievably happy to find this channels. I will definitely do this workout, it's the best one I've seen so far. Thank you so much!
You literally only did two and you were shaky on the second one..... I really doubt you could do 2 more with those weak ass arms. YOU stop procrastinating.
