Hey there, I'm Kal_Djinn! So, I've got this massive gaming backlog sitting around, collecting digital dust, and it's time to do something about it. You know how it goes - you buy a bunch of games during sales or because they look cool, but then life happens, and they end up forgotten.
Well, I've decided it's time to change that. I'm diving into my Steam library and using a spinner wheel to pick games randomly to play through. Some of them I've been meaning to try for ages, and others... well, let's just say I'm not even sure where they came from!
If you're up for it, join me on this gaming adventure. We'll explore together, laugh at my failures, and celebrate the victories. And hey, if you like what you see, feel free to hit that like and subscribe button. Every little bit helps me out, and I'd love to have you along for the ride!
hey man, glad you're enjoying metro, my favorite game series ever. once you play exodus you'll have to force yourself to play last light and 2033 again.
@Kal_DjinnYT so theres an achievement called Jack of All Trades. You have 1 character in a single playthrough put 1 lvl into every class without using Withers. You can do it with a hireling if you get to lvl 12 but I wanted to put it on myself. Currently I'm a bard, monk, fighter, warlock. Lolz. I'm saving Paladin for last. Luality is doing an almost similar playthrough currently with her character Man-thara except shes using a random generator for everything in her leveling up.
It’s very hard to commit to a playthrough where there’s so many classes and companions and spells and items to build your party with, and that’s just combat we’re talking about. Fuckin love this game
Between Isobel, Jaheira, Minthara, and Z'rell, you are told multiple times that he cannot be killed. If you actually talked to Z'rell, you'd know she was sending you to check on Balthazar, who was securing the *source* of Thorm's immortality and invulnerability.
I knew all that, just thought it was funny that despite getting all that info from the above mentioned NPCs, the Dream Visitor is like "YOU GOTTA GET IN THERE!" But I also wanted to check everything before going back to The Gauntlet! 👍
Yea they are broken imo but a lot of DLC stuff is. They give us OP weapons to handle the tough bosses. The real problem tho is pvp but that probably 2% or less of the playerbase so they really don’t care. Thorns are very stronk
Definitely would see it being difficult to balance around pvp without directly nerfing the main game, unless things just behaved different during invasions I guess.
@@Kal_Djinn yeah they can’t really “fix” them without nerfing the PvE side too. But once you die to them 100 times you start to learn how to handle it. Basically the same as any mage build. You just press them and don’t let them cast shit at you
@@Kal_Djinn it just gets a little more difficult when you have 2 or 3 people just spamming them. Basically impossible to win if there’s 2 spamming and 1 guy putting melee pressure
I could tell you that he wasn’t as cool as you thought, all uncool characters in souls games meet you with aggression and/or contempt, only the real chads greet you with a “Hey there, strange place eh?” Think of it, Solaire, Siegmeyer, Patches, Andre, Greirat, Siegward, Boc, Goldmask(in his case he’s a chill guy), Alexander, Ansbach, and Igon(even though his first meeting he doesn’t even acknowledge you)
First of all, you should know that typically fighting the boss fight of a character is actually harder than fighting the base enemy version of a character. The boss fights harder. You can do so many different types of exploits by fighting an enemy in an open world type area. You can just cheese the f*** out of him. I mean this guy alone was using the rotten breath spell
