Sometimes watching these videos leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. A minor produced a crazy accident - 8k. A smaller minor damages a sprinkler outside - 10k... In other videos exagerated repair damages are dismissed by the judge, she didn't even flinch giving her the 10k... Sad. A damaged sprinkler should've been max 1k because of the process or something. Just because you leave that thing damaged for a few months to cause significant other damages should not give you entitlement to that much money. How they even linked that damage to that girl? It's already a sprinkler that sprinkles water regularly for gods sake. That planter should've already been water tight. Was water gushing from there for a month? Shouldn't the kids be soaked if it was that much water? I don't understand... Even if a branch fell, a dog pulled it or even a child, you should be fully responsible of maintaining your property. If a kid breaks a roof tile from my house should I wait for the rain season to creep inside the house first and then sue for water damage and roof repairs for 10k or should I replace one tile immeadiately?
"You're mother is certainly not going to report you to the police for stealing your her car". Well maybe she should have. Lord knows that she learned NOTHING from this, because her mother is too busy making excuses. Then to say "No she didn't try to contact me", just to follow thay up with "I didnt know who her daughter was that was trying to contact me". Well which is it? Did they or didnt they? Keep your story straight. I guess we know where this girl gets her lying from.
Learn the basics of contracts, discuss the rules and regulations BEFORE signing. Then ALSO include it in the contracts when signing. If something is a Ptmroposal, state that "PROPOSAL FOR RENTING EVENTS SPACE" be specific in your wording. State that after acceptance of the proposal, the contract will be presented for signature.

The son being annoyed that his mother's in-home palliative care nurse supplying her with cigarettes and the devil's lettuce per the dying mother's request during the last few months of life is utterly asinine. She was leaving this world and wanted to enjoy her brief moment in the sun, if that meant she smoked, which clearly she had done so for years, then so be it. If anything the mary jane she apparently requested may have helped her not be in as much pain or discomfort in her final days.
