UT just doesn't have a plan to win close games. rarely do they pu it off. I would have thought Sark wud have a designed play script for just thus situation, but no...
Happy that KEGL flipped back to The Eagle, The Freak was doing horribly ratings wise. I find it interesting that The Edge’s HD2 signal was moved from KDGE to KEGL. Also I wish Hot 93.3 was moved to from WBAP-FM’s main signal to HD2 or HD3, I really enjoyed the 90s/2000s specific format.
I wanted this to be rarer HD station IDs because they're mostly available over the air in DFW. KBFB-HD2 is just a simulcast of KZMJ to expand its reach into Dallas since KZMJ's transmitter is way north. I didn't want any subchannels with translators either, since it'd also ruin it's somewhat rarity, including KBFB-HD3.
It was pass interference because the DB pushed the receiver out of bounds. Had nothing to do with the pass being catchable or not. Craig Way, please.....
As far I remember there was SOME imaging. In particular, after "Hips Don't Lie", there was a final jingle, then "End of the Road" and "Time of Your Life".
A combination of sagging ratings for the previous format (only a 2.1 in the January Nielsen ratings), and a desire for the company to compete against rival station 100.7 KKWF (it was second in the market in those same books- the logic typically is that even if it doesn't WIN, it at least takes away enough listeners that the rival station doesn't overtake one of the company's other stations.)
Stop the bitching about how the pass was uncatchable. We won't know because the receiver I should say intended receiver was held out of bounds or kept out a bounds for quite a while. Anderson may well have been able to get to the ball with his speed.
Who can out fox Andy Reid. He played the clock so well and the corn dog TD was classic. The chiefs gave it all. If the kicker missed the tying goal, Mchomes got sacked at ot 4 down 49er would have won the Superbowl. Still watching the replay. So much fun
@jackeltron3 Would you be able to capture the upcoming flip of KREV 92.7 “The Hustle” to KEXP Bay Area this coming Tuesday? I don’t know what time the new station is supposed to launch but I believe midnight is where they’ll be launching the KEXP simulcast on KREV San Francisco.
