DONT GET CONNED . I am forced to leave this Negative review as normally I am not the type of person to do so. I really wanted to order 7 types of variety rice and yogurt vada for my sis baby shower . I only called them and tried to order I spoke with the owner who was very demanding like he will confirm my order Only if immediately gpay him the whole bill amount ( which was very odd to me as I am not used to this type of approach but ignored considering this is how they do businesses in INDIA ) anyway I paid him the whole bill amount and sent screenshots. I then got my order accepted . Later on the delivery date the owner forgot to send us the Yogurt VADA but blamed it on the DUNZO driver saying that he forgot to take with him and want to pay again for another dunzo driver to deliver the item . we politely said not to and want a refund , the OWNER said he would make the refund and till date he has not done( I paid him on 28th March , asked for a refund on 31st March and it’s 9th may still not response from the OWNER) Which is very disappointing and in a way it’s a FRAUD committed by the OWNER. My experience with this restaurant or whatever he is running is an absolute bollocks. I have also attached the screenshots of our conversation. What’s FUNNY is when I called the owner to check if he has made the refund the - he was least bothered and was asking me how was the food - which was good by the way, also was forcing me to leave a positive review in RU-vid channel comments section lol 😂🤣😂🤣I am not even kidding he was telling me what to write as well. So here I am being brutally honest. so DON get Conned like me . Don’t encourage Such businesses.
Over hyped and over rated .. place is not even worthy for these type of review by youtubers....sofa cushion is in torn condition.. atmosphere is not even attractive.. very compact place.. Cake and shakes are good.
