I would also guess that the person tying is being instructed on how to do this properly, since the conversation is completely done in Hebrew and isn't really audible to the audience. Overall it doesn't make it helpful since there is zero explanation of what is being done. In some places it appears you are tying two knots and in others the number of turns is just unknown. I've seen 6, 8, 11, 13; 6, 7, 8, 12; 7, 7, 7, 7; 12, 12, 12, 12; and 6, 10, 6, 10; but never have I seen 'random', 2, 'random', 2, 'random' ... remember that your audience will likely be people who genuinely want to know how to do this (and NEED to since most adults coming into Judaism are not being shown the proper way to make and wear their tzitzit and beggen.

The Sanhedrin is the standing body making תורה שבעל פה a "thing" בכלל. And it is the body that needs to verify a king, building the Beis hamikdash, or just halacha today really. Just as we took yosefs bones out of mitsrayim we need to bring the freirdiker rebbe to Israel... That will be the sign that we have no more business in chuts laarets and we need to come back home to begin putting the geulah together in the holy land.
