Qwiktarp started in 2009 with their water-resistant pickup truck bed tarp. It has been patented as the ONLY fitted truck tarp that covers all four sides. The team is constantly showing how their tarp works, and proving it is a quality product and how it is an alternative to a traditional hard tonneau cover. They are held on by the Qwiktarp Adjustable Bungees. These bungees allow the tarp to expand more than a hard flat bed cover. Which means, it does not occupy any truck bed space.
The Qwiktarp is the invention of a GM Certified Painter with over 42 years of experience in Palm Springs, California. Keeping the harsh desert climate in mind, he created the tarp to be lightweight, water-resistant, and quickly removable. The lapels on the tarp are to prevent scratches to the paint.
There are no screws or installation required. It is held on by using the patented Qwiktarp Adjustable Bungees. They also show how you can use your own bungees with their product.
This tarp is good for covering. Bought one over a year ago for a road trip. All the bungee cords left scuff marks on my paint and they did not come out. Haven’t used it again cause of it. Sucks cause I liked the way it worked. Not happy with the price just to mess up my truck

@mbohone Usually we recommend tying up the slack or tying small knots to keep them from flapping. The bungees are 36"inches to allow you to transport cargo over the bed rails. You can stack cargo up to 12"inches over the bed rails. That's the great part of our product!!
So, I just bought a used Silverado, and use it a lot for hauling tailgate items…most of which lie below the top of the bed. However, I may have a couple of things…coolers?…that are alittle bit higher. Will this tarp allow for this difference in height?? In other words, can I modify the tarp tie-down in their area of the bed to be “looser” than the other more snug areas? (Does that make sense??)
Does this have any give in the height? I have a saw that is a couple inches too tall for the bed of my gladiator with a tonneau and I don’t want a cap!
@jlindy73 That is exactly why we invented the Qwiktarp! The cover will stretch up to 12"inches above the bedrails, while keeping your cargo secure down the road. Take a look at our IG/FB pages for some pics and reviews.
Thank you for your question! Actually if you have Facebook or Instagram, you will be able to see we have a totally new design and a new material. We are using a PVC coated polyester now, instead of the flimsy tarp material. We have added tabs to prevent any contact from the bungee keepers and we have covers for the bungee hooks to prevent any type of paint damage. ***This is our very first video!*** :)
Hey John, It depends. There is a pattern for the 6.5'ft bed and the 8'ft bed.We have a pattern for a toolbox as high as 5" inches above the bed rails. We can also reinforce the edges of the standard tarps for you if your toolbox is maybe an inch or two over the bed rails. Email us with some pics of your truck at sales@qwiktarp.com. We love a challenge in creating new patterns for our customers!
Thank you for your email. The tarps will be on sale in a few weeks for $249. You can go online and reserve yours through the online email node at sales@qwiktarp.com. They will also be coming in 3 new colors: royal blue, charcoal grey and olive green. We will also be debuting the new Canyon, Colorado, and 6 1/2ft bed sizes.
Thanks for your comment Pat! Our tarps have a lapel that fits between the tarp and the bungee keeper. This was designed to protect the paint! Plus the bungee keepers are made from a polypropylene which is the same material your bumpers are made from. Our tarp was designed to NOT scratch the paint of your truck bed. @Joel Goddard Actually, we thought of that too. Inside every box, we have covers that go over the hooks, so there is no metal in contact with your paint whatsoever. Take a look at our Instagram videos where you can see how they work.
@@Tom-fz6pe We recommend you either tie it up into small knots. Once you find the length that is right for your cargo, you can also tuck the slack under the secured tarp. Thanks for your question!
We currently don't have one for a Ranchero. One of the features about the Qwiktarp is, we have a front flap that fits between the bed and the cab of the truck to prevent wind and rain from getting to your cargo. Perhaps one day we will find a way to cover the trucks that do not have the solid middle.
Thanks for the comment M&M! Actually, the material is a high grade water/wind/snow resistant tarpaulin, you can't purchase at a hardware store and it has a high tension strength, that is good for years! In fact our tarps have been being used by our customers for over 6 years and we have had zero returns and zero regrets.
THIS TARP LOOKS LIKE A WINNER.. WHERE CAN I BUY ONE FOR MY TRUCK ?? WILL THOSE RINGS HOLD THE TENSION ?? HOW DO YOU KEEP THE BUNGEES FROM SCRATCHING THE PAINT JOB ?
