Bozy even asked bud via phone why he jumped over boots to fight david, and Bud changed the subject kid. He then went the ibf route(where he was ranked higher) to have a better chance to fight for a belt. That's why he has it now. If boots stayed in the wbo, he wouldn't even have a belt to this day.
