Good video. I'd even add a third check on the downswing. Tendency (for me anyway) is for the trail knee to move inward towards the ball which causes a host of issues.
Hitting golf balls with your feet together will give you a feel for this. The golf swing is an arm and wrist swing. Your body adds very little power, your shoulders and hips turn to facilitate and are led by the arm swing. Keeping the back of your collar steady will keep you centred.
