Funny you say that, I heard a rumor that's exactly what they were and weren't supposed to be in the presentation but they had to announce kill team early due to leaks and therefore has nothing
I'd be up for a TOS campaign, but not with people who don't fully appreciate Trek. I probably couldn't run with a group who wanted to name the ship "Yerface"
@@darkmaster4868 my grandmother's first edition PHB & box set, the cypher system core book that I had everyone who played my cypher games signed, my MechWarrior book from when I played in high school, numenera box set given to me by a fan, and maybe my 4e PHB since it's the first D&D book I bought with my own money

This is basically only looking at reach and odst, which is right when Halo went downhill, aka that reddit is full of frauds that never played Halos 1, 2, & 3 (I'd imagine that reddit is full of younger kids, therefore.) I guarantee you that had you asked any person that was of gaming age when Halo CE came out (and assuming they have at least mildly followed/played halo since that time) you'd see energy sword, sniper, rockets, battle rifle, grav hammer, maybe even the plasma pistol (noob combo halo 2 days.)
Yup! Half the game was pointing out how ridiculous the answers were, but yeah if I had a big enough audience size filling out my own questionnaire yeah those would be the obvious qnswers
Tales From The Yawning Portal is not what you claim it to be. They did not relocate those classic dungeons to Undermountain. Did you not read the very book you own...?
Nope I lick my books instead of reading them! In actuality, the dungeon of the mad mage book came out like a year after tales from the yawning portal and I must have misunderstood the yawning portal bit. Wasn't used to the forgotten realms lore prior to 5e and I guess I just headcanoned that the tales were *from* the yawning portal. Tis rather stupid of me looking back on it...
Genuinely, I've resd a chunk of the book - I still didn't understand how the rolls work. They have examples of "the team rolled two successes and Amy rolled a 10 and a 17, for a total of three successes, and then they decided to keep this attribute, and the team and Amy rolled a 15 and 16, with two successes, for a total of five successes on the Instance so..." and I'm like ?!?!?! Three minute video, and now I think I get it enough to read it again!
My husband and I struggled with this one but not in a fun way after awhile. This was the first game of the Exit series we have tried and are pretty good at in-person escape rooms. While I’m glad it wasn’t overly easy or dumbed down, we did feel some of the elements weren’t very intuitive. Maybe we should have tried an easier difficulty for our first game to get ourselves familiar with the brand’s style? Either way, we landed on your video and felt a little less dumb knowing we struggled at some of the same points. I also googled the other game covers before we looked at a clue.😂
I could definitely see starting with an easier one if you've never played an exit game. I've never done an actual escape room so I have no idea if those skills actually transfer over lol
Anyone see 37:50 - 38:20? Miss placement! That was a bad mistake for himself! I really love this game (robo rally). I love the 'Old Big One Deck' {84 cards}, For if you got all back up's, all U-turns or All move 3's in your hand, you know that other players Don't have & can't play them😈✌ Love 8 players doing "Chaos".
It was a cool game. I'm wary of those who didn't like it, often because they expected too much from it (expectations are never good), or because they preferred the challenger, or because they failed! in the latter case, it's never them who weren't good, but the creators who failed 😄 there are those who completely dismiss a good game (this one) because one puzzle hasn't been properly translated into English. it's a German game that works perfectly in its own language and uses tried-and-tested methods for the rest. So it makes no sense to consider it the worst. As far as I'm concerned, everything went well, and I even find this game more generous than some other EXIT games. One of the most appreciated is "Fortune City", which is lazy and cruelly lacking in inventiveness, but it's so easy that it's bound to please. Personally, I like it when effort is rewarded.
I suck at these type of escape room games (probably because I don't do them frequently enough) so it's hard for me to judge the difficulty of them because it might just be because Im terrible lol
I wish they'd make these just a little bit wider and deeper to accomodate 5 double-sleeved commander deck boxes and a playmat - so you could have 4 decks, and the 5th one has your dice and tokens - and then your playmat goes in the lid slip. It's the same issue with the Gamegenic one. You can't fit everything you'd absolutely need to go play some games with your playgroup - you always need an extra bag.. and at that point, you start to question whether it's worth having the dedicated deck bag when you can throw all your boxes and accessories into one single backpack.
I have a bottle of Newsh on backorder. I have three bottles of white, and at least one of the rest of the Pro Acryl paints except for the metallics. I just got the florescents, and I'm looking forward to using them.
I put a bunch of their stuff on my Amazon wish list for Xmas lol. Looking to phase into them otherwise as I use up my citadel paints. Waste not ya know. Also curious about the florescents, might be cool for the cyberpunk minis I'm painting
