0:37 - In the left corner of this view next to the City Hall there is one of the oldest shoe factory in the USA. There are the oldest three buildings of banks in Marlborough across the street. It was a very smart way to bring worker's money to banks.
coming from Kentucky your city looks like our most richest parts of our state(maybe better) do you pave your roads often? are there no pot holes? I have had to fix my axle a few times because of pot holes
That area has flight restrictions in how high you can go. I didn't have to go very high to get that video, only 20 - 25 ft off the ground. So I was in compliance with the regulations.
you're flying a drone in the APPROACH ZONE of BOS. It's you dense idiots that are the reason the FAA is so far up everyone's ass because you want to get some "cool shots."
It's completely legal to fly drones there, as long as you follow all the other rules. It is height restricted (you cannot get very far off the ground) nowhere near any planes. :)
On the one hand I'm kind of glad somebody did this because it's neat to see the fort from this perspective... But on the other this is directly in the landing path for Logan airport! As you probably realize this is VERY not legal to do nowadays. I'm not sure it was particularly wise at the time either...
It is height restricted as to where you can fly a drone, due to its proximity to the airport, but It is not completely restricted in this area. It was VERY legal for me to fly there. I cannot speak to the current rules there.
