Hi, My name is Kyle and I resell stuff I find cheap enough on Ebay for a profit. Watch me learn the ropes of the reselling game and share my experiences.
luckily i sell comic books and free returns is pretty easy for me. Average comic book costs 6-7 ship, and most comic collectors aren’t looking to return a comic lol rarely ever happens
Did you show a photo of the back of the hat with the world "CAVS" on the back? If so, the buyer is responsible. Are you sure free returns automatically removes negative feedback? I see other RU-vidrs complaining about negative feedback on items they allowed the buyer to return the item. Just yesterday I watched a video where the seller said he had to call eBay seven times to get the negative feedback removed. Even if they aren't out any money, their money is tied up until they send the item back and await for you to receive it. Some sellers use a post office box and only check it once a week. Plus, we all know how going to the post office can be a pain, especially if you are not used to it.
Thanks for making this video 👍🏼 Appreciate the info. I sell on Amazon but wanted to look into flipping DVDs. Any experience selling on eBay? I'm thinking it would be similar to CDs?
Dude you are a soft talker. It 's very annoying having to try and follow your conversation with that background MUSIC!! You don't need it. While some persons may think it's kool, IT'S NOTTT!!!!!!!! Lose that background music and your Videos will be better!
Hey your Sheets template is 'View Only' and can't be edited. We can't really do anything with it except look at it which we can do by simply watching your videos. 😕
Thanks so much, I'm awful with Sheets and Excel. Honestly its been ages and I certainly never remembered all the functions, only that they all began with an equal sign. After such a long time not using software like Excel or Sheets once you go back and try to use them, well, it's like trying to nail horseshoes on a Buick.
So say you scan an item in your inventory that sold, your scanning it out of your inventory, does it deduct that item from your inventory automatically and can you do a video on that?
This system doesn't do stuff like that. It is just a scannable Custom SKU. It was designed around one off items not multiples. Maybe you can modify it somehow to make it work for you.
I've got a tiny number of negative feedback on my eBay. Exclusively from people who bought something without reading the description. But despite me reaching out to them and offering to work through things they ignored me. Sucks.
I have free returns. I feel that if you don't offer free returns, some people might do something to the item to make it a Item Not As Described (INAD) to force a free return. Not only does that effect your metrics in a negative way, you then can't relist the item because now it's damaged. It works for me because I do not sell electronics or excessively heavy items.
Thank you for this. Can you make a video of how you print the labels. Mine are printing really small. Also how do you assign a value to these? Compatible with Square POS?
Hi! Thanks for the video. I’m very impressed by you barcode system and looking for a similar solution also. I want to scan a box number and enter the item count and description of the box contents. Q: You mentioned creating your codes. Would you mind describing that process? Did you have to purchase labels with preset numbering? Q: How were you able to capture your item description? Were they manually inputted somewhere? Q: In addition to the handheld scanner, what other equipment are you using? Looking forward to you reply and good luck with your online store 😀
Me too! I am trying to figure this out. Having issues printing but I love the formulas and streamlining things as much as possible. helps accuracy and time, but have to figure it all out first. Loved these videos, but wish there were more instructions. :)
I am so thankful for this video! I've watched maybe 30 minutes worth of videos before coming across yours. Thank you for making this simple enough for me to understand.
It just means you can use your location skus directly with a scannable barcode you already implement.. ✌️✌️ qr codes are amazing things 🎉❤ Keep it up dude. We see nearly 2000 people in store a month and always learning. barcodes and skus after 7 years in retail, never ends😂😂🤣
i would think this could still cause you to have to spend a bit more time to find an item. it would be easy to find which bin its in obviously, but you'd still have to dig through the entire bin to find the item. it looks like you are going to prevent from grabbing the wrong item with the barcode to verify, but i dont think that really will help you find it any quicker. if you would have added an item number with the barcode, that might have solved both problems. forgive me if im missing something and am wrong in my assumption.
Can you explain specifically how to make the barcodes and how to get them to show up as specific items when scanned by a scanner? I think this system would be very helpful for me also. I have an inventory mess.
Dude, I literally got a message from Ebay for delisting and relist as sell similar not to do it with warning that I will get shadow banned if I get caught doing it again. You just havent had Ebay messaging you regarding it with their own stupid rule.
Hey appreciate you doing the video would love to talk to you so I could learn more let me know if you are interested and how to connect with you thank you
Great video man.. Keep it up.. Would be helpful if you give the lowdown in the description, like the formula and the specific font to get both the bar code and the correponding number.
Been thinking about doing this for a while now! I love the idea of a sequential number system. This avoids any possibility of making a typo in the SKU field.
