there was a girl in the video that said “if you talk shit about someone, why r u hanging out with them” which really hit me. When I was younger, I didn’t really like this girl and would say bad things that she did. ( she was a rly problematic person and I really didn’t want to be friends with her ) This, however is completely my fault for still hanging out with her even if I say bad things about her. Soooo- I dumped her. She was really sad but literally our whole friendship was me basically BABYSITTING her when she was older than me 😭🙏. I swear I would literally take care of her like she was my child. She also didn’t listen to me a lot and was just asking me for advice for attention. One time she actually got groomed by a pedo and I was trying to tell her how dangerous that is.. yk what she did? She tried to get groomed again.. 😐. Like not even again.. MULTIPLE TIMES. OK so like after I dumped her she literally sent me an apology letter saying how she wanted to be friends again and that I was a good person. I immediately felt guilty cause I talked bad about her, and I never really liked hanging out with her so I wrote an apology letter back and said that we could be friends again cause I didn’t want to be rude. So.. we became friends again and things never changed. Basically I’m still friends with her.. she’s the least tolerable person I’ve ever met.. what should I do fr- 😭
I feel like the first girl is like kinda right but idk like I get panic attacks when I’m stressed, but like I don’t say I’m having a panic attack when I’m not so idk what she meant.
Ok so I have anxiety and I can personally tell you that I have panic attacks from not knowing what’s next. Like if i were to have something major happen then all of a sudden start thinking of my future like “Will I be able to do this in the future? Can I do this? What happens next?” Then I will start hyperventilating thus causing me to have a panic attack. Or if I’m stressed or I’m nervous I will kind of freak out like If I forgot to study because I was nervous for a big test I will start to feel stressed out. And I know not all people are like this but just from my personal perspective that is how my panic attacks start.

Panic attacks can cause a panic attack "speaking from experience" I do understand she meant you being stressed isn't a panic attack but it can CAUSE one
