Women need attention like a vampire needs blood. And they will wither up without it the same way. Women are used to men drooling all over them and giving them unnecessary attention. When they come across a man who ignores them, that makes them pissed off, yet curious. Most women assume in their minds that they are a 10 and that they are irresistible to ALL men. So when they see a man that acts like they don't exist, it makes them highly interested. "Who is HE to resist ME?! Don't I look good?! Let me go over and introduce myself." It works like a damn CHARM. It's a form of reverse psychology. The more you act like you don't want it, the more you'll get it because you're showing a level of self-control that they're not used to. It's the art of doing absolutely nothing and it WORKS.
