I need some advice I injured myself at work lifting a heavy box and now I have lower right back pain and something it goes down my leg as well I just want to feel better is there anything I can do to treat it and heal
2 days ago i was at the gym. I've only started working out after 4 years of inconsistent exercise. I knew not to lift more than was necessary, i know how to bend my knees, etc. Well, it was this tire thing where you and your partner flip it over, i had never seen this gadget before (its like a tire is cut in half) and it had weight plates in the middle. The second i tried lifted it, it felt reallt heavy so the second i tried to flip it over i felt my lower back get a twinge. Im so upset

Remedy: this is the most painful situation ever faced in their lives.but i have gone through multiple times. I will give you best and quickest solution in points. 1. First day right at movement you have to put cold pack for every 2 hr. It will reduce swelling and pain. 2. Consult a doctor he will give you few pills to reduce pain,swelling, stiffness, inflammation in muscle tissues. 3.very important thing is Hot pack for every 4 hrs, apply ontment for after putting hot pack. FYI hot pack i used in that situation is ( Take two handfull crystal salt and do heat that salt on pan. I have a back belt with magnets it helps .had AS 32 years just had scan just waiting for news.i can walk a little with a crutch.just keep giving me PK .last does of pain in my left top front leg.nealy rang ambulance were in uk so might not get here for a few hours days...got to see doctor 4pm next day tramadoll .get on good with codean.take care all x.
This can come from whiplash injury as well. My alar and transverse ligament was stretched out from a fall on my left hand many years ago. I may have had a predisposing factor.
