The Royal Symphonic Wind Band Vooruit is a musical association located in Harelbeke, Belgium. The orchestra is conducted by Erik Desimpelaere and is considered as one of the leading symphonic wind bands since decades. The orchestra has a track record including +25 recordings and received 1st prizes at various competitions including but not limited to World Champion WMC Kerkrade 1985 & 2005, Vice-World Champion WMC Kerkrade 2009, Certamen Internacional Bandas de Música, Valencia 1ste prize 1987, 1990, 1998, 2019). My favorite movie theme music ever. I remember seeing the movie with McQueen, Brynner, Bronson, Coburn, et al, when I was around 10 years old. Loved the music then and it was one of the first pieces I learned on my own on the trombone when I was 13, and in Jr. high band. This is an absolutely spectacular performance.
Novice actors like charles bronson,yul briyner etc..brought me closer to ticket both to purchased ticket in a hurry..to watch wild west cowboys..amazingly it was the great tune and melody of magneficent seven w harmony of the running horses..
