If refund mil gya then you have to receive parcel. Also Yescredits mein aaya hai toh woh ap next time jb k beauty products insy order karein gi wahan use hojye ga. Mujhy b Yes credits mein aya tha which i asked them to shift to my friend's paypal account and then she sent me money back in my bank account because Pakistan mein paypal nhi hai. Either they send in PayPal or yescredits.
Hey i added it. Email them / go to their live customer support and tell them your issue. I got refund in 3 days. It works everytime of you go to customer support live chat of YesStyle. Wait for agent and when she connects telk her issue. They are very helpful
