Hey man love your videos! I would have some questions about putting a turbo kit on my car, I just bought an rsx with a k20a3 in it and I am wondering what other parts I should change to my engine for it to work properly and be a minimum reliable with a turbo kit on
If you must keep the k20a3, you’ll be able to run low boost and keep it in the 300 hp range, if you open up the motor and upgrade stuff like valve/headstuds/ pistons rods crank and type s oil pump you can get more power but stock motor you can get away with better intake manifold/throttle body set up, fuel setup is key as well, injectors/fuel pump/lines. Also you need kpro ecu or another ecu upgrade. And of course turbo parts/manifold/piping..etc.
@@nobulldust your comment is insignificant and changes nothing , in fact it proves just how ignorant you are because you have no idea if i’m going fast or not , furthermore to disprove your karen like comment, my brakes stop on a dime. if you had any useful insight you’d maybe do some research and actually find out that i built my car and i would be on your thinking level if i didn’t upgrade my brakes. you go ahead and type what you want on the internet but you’d probably stay quiet in person :) so maybe take your own advice and think before you spew bs on youtube and ask yourself, “am i really making a difference?” all the best there chump
@@Tractionfighters cool man, I am debating buying their intercooler and piping kit. rest of my kit is mix and match. Just need a plug and play that also isn't going to break the bank. dow you know how much power these intercoolers are good for?
What did you have to move i have everything to go turbo just have to fab a nother pipe for exhaust and inthink i need to make my heater core hose longer
was it hard to get the car smog in cail? I wanna do a setup like this on my rsx but dont wanna deal with the cali cops n smog places unless it was on the downlow smog lol. love the vids!
You should just get rid of those plastic couplers bro and use aluminum all the way. With vibrant clamps. More expensive but you won’t have to deal with that no more
