That was most likely a Lacquer Tree Cockroach _Periplaneta japanna._ They're huge and can fly, but are an "outside" cockroach and don't carry the diseases that "inside" cockroaches carry.
Man that reminds of when I lived in our first house when I was 3 or 4 and I woke up and through the curtain I saw a massive rat like small young cat sized and I immediately ran to get my mother and when I brought her it was gone and I was scared the rest of the week that it would somehow find its way inside the house I honestly don’t know if my mother believed me or even remembers this happenings currently
So yesterday my coffee taste a bit itchy on my mouth. Didn't think too much about it so I finished my cup. The last sip my tongue felt something solid. Accidentally crunch it with my teeth. Spat it on the floor. Lo and behold a small centipede. 🐛🐛🐛
Oh I nearly had something similar happen my mom left for a week and just came back today from her trip abroad and my grandma made me some rice to go with the chicken my mom made and left for me and my father and I ate some 3 days after it was brought and the next day I put some with my chicken and took only one fork and noticed what I thought was a hair piece so I started pulling it out and it wasn’t hair it was a roach antenna so I gave the rice to my sisters dog and only ate the chicken
Crickets have almost no soluble protein and have little actual national value. You might as well eat plastic. In the pet trade, even dedicated insectivores like Bearded Dragons can starve eating just live crickets because they have so little nutritional value. This is why "gut loading" cricket food was invented.
Also, I want to point out that people can die from eating crickets or cricket meal. If a person has a "shellfish" or shrimp allergy this allergy can extend to insects as well and could potentially lead to the person dying of anaphylactic shock.
@@danthethomasfan2256 Coconut tree has larva in it normally. As kids, we ate the living and dead ones after a coconut tree is cut for lumber. Google this: coconut tree larva
I just kind of let this come on autoplay and I dont know why, but her motivation push seems to hit a bit better than others. Maybe it is time I start making those baby steps to get a routine, cause if I dont get started now, yeah, I may just burn out
