Growing up there were a few cars that are responsible for getting me into the car world. Of course there were the poster child’s of the world we all loved but the cars that really turned me into a car enthusiast were ones in the real world that I got to experience first hand.
Now that I’m a bit older I’m fortunate enough to seek out and experience these cars first hand.

2000 Audi S4 6MT (now Stage 2 with SSAC catless downpipes and supporting custom tune/mods from AMD)
1997 Acura Integra GS-R (intake and updated lighting)
Other than the leather seats that was my car I sold with 275k miles from new. It wasn't my favorite car as it ate brake rotors and generally had niggling issues. It wasn't rock-solid reliable like my 1993 Honda Civic LX as I feel like they added 60% more power without beefing up the components around the engine.
I had a '96 GSR (of which I was the second owner, starting in 1998) which looked nearly identical to this stolen in 2009. I miss it so much, and cannot believe the condition of your amazing find here!
I have a 97 Acura GS and love it so much but it is so rough compared to yours. Can I ask how much you got yours for? I paid 4 grand and have already put another 1,000 dollars plus in mine at the mechanic.
El auto deportivo perfecto, donde puedo conseguir uno igual o mejor en Perú. El auto de mis sueños. Quien se el dueño cuídelo por favor. Saludos de Lima - Perú.
Sounds good... I like it thank you. I miss mine. It is the storm trooper Honda power. ... you can always have more. For those of you who dont know this engine was and has been amazing for me. Take care of your car and it will take care of you.
What a beautiful car. I had the exact same one same year same color only difference was it when I bought it it already had the 98 and up bumper and it was an absolute blast to drive. I got rid of it in 2013 because at the time I had bought a new Honda Accord sport but seeing how they have increased in value over the years. Makes me regret that decision. Enjoy that vehicle it is so rare to find it in the immaculate condition and only being dealer certified with a one owner. Kudos on the video and congratulations.
I did this exact thing with my 1994 Prelude Si 5MT. Sebring Silver Metallic over Blue Interior :) . I've now owned it for 3 years. Bought from the original owner in 2019. 265k at this point. Had it resprayed, tinted, updated a few things like you (K&N, HIDs, LEDs in markers) New Master Cylinder, Rotors, Pads, ALL Suspension bushings replaced. This summer I plan on Shocks/Springs and probably Clutch/Flywheel along with some new tires. I also had a set of 1995 SE Prelude "Blades" from my first Prelude. Looks exceptional with those on it. Love yours, Love mine. They just don't make em like this anymore. Enjoy that gorgeous Teg.
Anyone have advice as to approaching someone who has an all original car like this? I've been trying to find my dream car ever since I got my license, an Accord EX coupe. Also, thoughts on approaching a car that is in an house/apartment. I'm guessing I should knock & ask instead of looking like a creep sticking notes on windshields lol. The main sites like cl/fb have been very dry, offer up seems sketch & most of them are trashed. Dealerships are a once in a blue moon thing, and out of state really isn't an option for me...
I had a 98 Integra GS in the very same color. I put alot of money into it and it got stolen at the end. I didn't find my car until two weeks later. It was discovered by a jogger down by the river bend. The whole car was stripped down. I almost cried when I saw my car. It wasn't even a GS-R. But it's ok. I found out who the thieves were. Let's just say, they fucked around and found out the hard way.
94 GSR here with 381,000 miles, bought in 2001 from the original owner with 88k miles at the time. All original engine and gearbox. I just drove the car over 1,000 miles this past weekend to the Classic Hondas at the Dragon meet. Car performed flawlessly and got 33+ average MPG. Even with many 2nd gear VTEC pulls on the Dragon. And yes I still have the original stock intake, stock header, exhaust and even the original muffler. It just has a K&N filter in the air box that I installed 21 years ago.
With that mileage there I'm more confident about the 01 GSR I'm picking up soon with 321,000 miles still bone stock besides wheels and shift knob but for a daily driver, settled a good price for it, and it's still clean title 🙂
congrats dude. right in april 2020, I met a guy who had a 2000 Dark Violet Pearl GSR. 160k, original owner. needed a little work (small oil leak, shot suspension) but looked strong. asked if he was interested in selling and he was thinking about selling it within a few months and that he'd probably like to get $4000 for it. I told him I was very interested and gave him my number. never heard from him :( I should have been a little more aggressive and just offered to buy it right then.
Awesome man. I have a 98 gst and my dad has a negaro blue 2001 b5 s4 . I'm not a fan of what you did with the pipe it's a little much but yeah . My dad has done crazy stuff to the s4 . Things a beast with the twin turbo
As in the exhaust? It’s just catless down pipes into the stock exhaust. Just need to replace the rear sections. Also it’s raspy cold low RPM. much different warm but I can see where you’re coming from. I’d say 2:05 ish is more under power noise than this cold rasp
@@threepedalnostalgia1247 ah I see yeah it must be a mix of its cold start sound and the catlesspipes good thing is that on these cars you don't lose hp when you modify them because of the turbos unlike any naturally aspirated car which loses hp when you sp or do crazy stuff to it. Nice s4 dude and I like the integra I have the 98 gsr
I have a 1997 Acura integra LS mint condition just like this one. With 120k miles. Wish it was a GSR but still super fun and yes it’s completely stock.
I got really lucky and bought a 2005 350z from the original owner with 24,000 miles, clean title. Also had all original paperwork and in mint condition. Hope you’re enjoying the GSR!
BEAUTIFUL. It means A Lot to some to sell it to another who Really Loves the make/model. I'm restoring a 1998 Integra Coupe/Red/121,000 mi. 1st owner was my Dad.
